I Worked for this company 5yrs ago and saw they needed people for forklift position so I put my app in and received a email back from the HR manger and she set up the time and date to do a interview and when i showed up at the location they looked at me like I was d*** they Were very rude and didn’t know what I was talking about and when I showed them the proof they made up the story the HR manager didn’t remember sending a email and when I tried to show them they then made up that we don’t do rehires ???? but I’m not mad but it did confirm to me that they are still ran by the same ol staff that ruined the place after the first staff left. My advice for anyone that tries to go here don’t waste your time because they Obviously are unorganized and have bad juju I guess they don’t need the people like they advertise for ????????♂️

This company is a really bad place to work for management doesn't carefor its employees they fire people for no reason when their probation period is up and Hr department doesn't even know what is goig on. If you are planning to work for this company I recommend that you don't.

If you’re a Temp or looking for a fulltime job I advise you DO NOT WORK HERE. My temp agency sent me here, because my last job wasn’t given me hours. When I arrived they sent me to my trainer. The trainer was very rude to me and got mad at me for making simple mistakes, despite not having experience. One Supervisor in particular would also get frustrated at me for making mistakes in my first 2 weeks as well. Their were times I wanted to quit but I pull through because I needed the money. Recently the trainer picked a fight with me for no reason. I’m usually not the one to talk back and defend myself mostly because I’m an introvert, but I had enough and I finally defended myself. Not even a half an hour the supervisor calls me to his office and said I was being disrespectful to the trainer but I said that was not true and I once again defended myself. Of course the supervisor didn’t believe me so he fired me. So it seems to me that’s theirs a lot of favoritism in Threshold. The work is pretty easy but the management doesn’t care about their employees. I would see a lot of other temps come and go many of the temps don’t stay very long. The full time employees told me that they were also being mistreated as well, expect for a few such as the trainer. They also told me that the benefits was basically useless since few places in the area that will accept the health insurance. I’d say go work at Amazon or anywhere else and AVOID Threshold like the plague.

Place is a joke receiving supervisor is a junkie the ops manager is oblivious employees are allowed to be racist and have no consequences when you complain you get fired.
