My husband and I shop here frequently. (its one of our favorite stores}. We buy the supplies for our chickens here regularly,plus for our cats and dog occasionally. The employees are always very friendly and always ask if we need help with anything. Havent seen a rude employee yet. It makes for a great shopping experience. The store is also well stocked and clean,with clean restrooms also.

The new PetVet appointment system is horrible and dysfunctional, and ridiculous waste of time. There’s no way to contact customer service, no way to get access to your pet’s medical records, no messages/alerts for your appointment, hence no way to checkin for your appointment and vet techs refuse to interact with you except though the pet portal, which doesn’t work. So you end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for your appointment instead of first come first serve used to be.

Best store I've worked for and been to. Everyone is so kind and they have taken me in as family and I love working here. Bekah and Bobbi jo are really good managers. Definitely stop in.

Employees are very polite, helpful great selection of many different types of products. Way better than the other tractor supply located in Winchester Virginia.

The dog wash is amazing. Worth the 10 bucks. You get two towels, unlimited shampoo and a blow dryer. Dog stand for washing and drying.

I really like shopping at this Tractor Supply , 141 Wal martdrive in Winchester. I bought a gun safe there and then a bigger one went on sale for the same price, I called the store and they were so nice about it.They said bring the one you have back and we will load up the bigger one for you. When I got there they couldn't have been nicer, didn't treat me like I was a pain. Great employee'sare hard to find, hang on to these.
