Cashier Ella shorted me $3. Which doesn't sound like alot However if this is happening to almost every customer who gets receipts emailed, she's making a nice amount. I will now only order online... Do better hiring Ulta.

As someone over 30, I find the store is getting so jammed pack cluttered with every brand out there, it is confusing, too much to take in, and isn't a very great experience. I have actually gotten a headache trying to look at it all. To top it off, there is no hook in the bathroom to hang your purse for the ladies.

They were very busy but staff was extremely helpful especially the girl with the goth vibes. (She does makeup I believe she had all her brushes and such on her hip in a bag.) I wish I got her name she was very helpful and helped me find items I was looking for and even went and grabbed me a basket! Perfect?

Definitely check and make sure you are getting a benefit brow wax before you book your apt. I made an apt for eyebrow wax thinking it was with benefit brow bar (like I have many times before) just to get there and find out it’s in the salon with my head in the hair wash station getting a wax I could have easily gotten from a nail salon for $10 but instead paid $27. Not worth it at all.

Actually disappointing. I researched it's inventory for at- store purchases, but when I got there, it was under stocked and rather over priced. No staff on floor to assist and cashiers had no clue on inventory availability.

I was a little intimidated going in, as I typically order online and my makeup brand was discontinued so I was feeling overwhelmed with options and not sure where to begin. Claudia spent almost an hour with me, made me feel completely at ease, taught me some new things about what I needed, what pallettes were good for me, and she just made the whole experience easy and even fun! I went from being ready to turn around and walk out to feeling confdent and knowledgeable in under an hour. Claudia is really the best I can't wait to go back and have her help me test out new looks!

Ash is an amazing stylist and I am so happy with the services I have received from her at Ulta, however it seems like the lights have gotten so much brighter lately. I have to wear sunglasses to my appointment. On top that, today the building was FREEZING. It’s February. Why is the AC on? It was uncomfortably cold having wet hair with it that cold. After being there for a couple hours with color and cut, I couldn’t wait to get blow dried and warm up. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience today. (Hair was still looks and feels fabulous though!)

Ask for Azra (hope I’m spelling that right) she’s a master at color matching. I went in for concealer and foundation, she suggested amazing products and took her time to explain the benefits of each. Can’t say enough great things about her and the products she suggested.

Claudia was so very sweet and helpful this evening! She took her time with me, was extremely patient, didn't mind my thousands of questions, and didn't make me feel embarrassed! She seemed excited to show me product and I truly can't praise her enough!!!! There was another young lady at the register ( my reciept says Grace but Claudia can confirm) and she was so very welcoming and sweet too!!! I was so out of my depth at Ulta and they made me feel like I was on a shopping trip with friends. I would rate higher if I could!!! Thank you again ladies!!!!
