The drive-through is supposed to open at 8:30 and I sat there for 20 minutes and nobody even let me know they were opening up late ridiculous!!!!!

I walked today in some unexpected situation at the lobby and after having made bad experience at Partners First CU, I was bit "primed". However lovely lady who was from another branch, helping out here was really accommodating me, opened an account, answered my questions. I will see how my experience will go in the future, but so far they deserve 5 stars. :)

Always friendly, they make a genuine effort to accommodate your needs. Sarah is especially helpful. I've been banking with them for 3 years and never had a complaint.

They have been very helpful in dealing with a wide variety of obstacles we have encountered throughout the years. I would highly recommend using them for anyone who likes a more personal feel over the large corporate feel of Bank of America or Wells Fargo. I left Wells Fargo due to their fees on fees, Union has been a far better fit for me.

I've been life long customer with this bank having the same account number for the last 28 years. I keep a good margin of money in my account at all times and ask very little from the bank. I recently deposited a check from my wife, who also has an account there. I needed this to show in my account within 5 days. This branch would not do this, they required a 7 day hold. Again I've been a very long time customer with this bank having multiple loans paid off and no overdrafts. I needed them to help me by reducing the hold 2 days. They wouldn't help me. Even though the money from my wife was all documented with account records from the TD Ameritrade account where it came from. I'm very disappointed in the lack of assistance. I understand they will tell me it's for my account security, however this case was easily documented with paperwork. I sent an email to the customer care advocate who responded by telling me "It's for my security." Needless to say I'm currently looking for a new bank and will be closing my accounts next week.

Banked with them for years. Account hacked twice. Unreasonable fees. Employees at any level unwilling to assist. $200 in bogus fees within two days. Would not reimburse. Bbt has changed and is no longer trustworthy or customer oriented. Find another bank.
