They will send a late fee before payment has arrived in mail, when no payments are ever missed and in fact the lost the check and blamed it on the mail carrier. Need to take responsibility.

United Bank has been my bank for years, however, I am in the process of switching to City . United has changed something in the last 2 years with the way they post transactions, it is not immediate anymore. Recently, there was a problem with their depositing system and every employee at Valley Health that banks with United didn't get their paycheck at midnight like we are supposed to. They turned off my ability to deposit money through the ATM and will not restore my privileges stating that I was trying to commit fraud. I mobile deposited a check, during the upload the app glitched and shutdown. It didn't show pending in my account, so I went to the bank and deposited through the ATM to make sure it got in there. It's been a year and a half and they won't give me the ability to deposit back. I have called 20 times, it is just a mess. I can't stand the place anywhere.

Every time I try to make a deposit for my company there is always an issue (the checks are in the customers and the company name and they want me to bring my customers there even though the checks are endorsed, or if I ask for a big envelope that cost cents it’s a big deal!!!

How does a bank ATM not accept deposits in the year 2021? Unacceptable. Please upgrade your ATM machines at all locations so customers are not driving location to location to find a working ATM machine. At the very least, upgrade your location finder in the app to allow to filter features Like "ATM accepts deposits."

the personal online banking helpline is useless. they can’t help with anything retaining to logging in to your account. so far no one has been able to help and i don’t get why, i have the card and my information.

Diane is the most wonderful person and employee. She is always going above and beyond and she does it happy as can be. I can't leave unhappy if she is the one to help me. The male manager is also always helpful. I only rate 3 stars because I have dealt with a few not so good employees. When I called to make a complaint, only to help the struggling employee and future customers (telling them they shouls help or train the person more) I got no sympathy, and the person I spoke with was basically rude.
