I showed up at a little before 5pm on a Tuesday and the line was out the door, but the staff were super friendly and working fast and hard! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes (probably closer to 5). Well done!!

The staff at this location are always so helpful and have positive attitudes to customers, no matter the scenario. A few times they have even got out there way to assist me further in packing as well as troubleshooting a problem with my Amazon refund QR code. This location is awesome!

I’m writing to personally thank and recognize LeighAnne Zeigler and her outstanding team at The UPS Store #0735 in Winchester, VA (4 Weems Lane, Winchester, VA 22601) for their exceptional service during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
I had opened a PO Box at their location while staying at a hotel three miles away, awaiting critical mail related to a delayed unemployment claim. The urgency was intense, and the daily summer temperatures exceeded 90 degrees, making the walk nearly impossible, and rideshares financially out of reach.
LeighAnne and her team went above and beyond, allowing me to call in daily, checking my box each time with kindness and patience. They also responded to every email quickly and clearly, giving me peace of mind when I had little else to lean on.
As a customer of UPS for decades, I’ve come to trust your services, but this experience reminded me that it's not just about the service, it’s about the people behind it. The support I received at this store was not something I could’ve found through USPS or anywhere else. The flexibility, empathy, and human touch made a real impact on my well-being and recovery.
I’d like to respectfully request that LeighAnne and her team receive formal acknowledgment from corporate leadership—whether through a recognition program or internal commendation. They didn’t just perform their duties; they embodied the very best of your brand.
