Have tried multiple times to get in for a simple jewelry exchange. I just asked to buy the jewelry and do it myself but the older lady at the front desk told me on two separate occasions that I could not purchase any jewelry aside what was presented in their “tiny display case” which only contains belly and tinge rings to do it myself. (I have a dermal surface piercing and can not find jewelry anywhere) I called and asked if I could walk in for this and was told yes, showed up to be told she was booked and I needed to make an appt. After stating I just need led the jewelry and could do it myself another lady let me purchase what I needed. I left missing one as I didn’t pay attention ( I bought 4 sets of studs 8 total) . I was not charged for it but when I came back about it the same older lady that was not pleasant the first two times again, wanted to show dominance and have an attitude like it was my fault the girl didn’t give me what I asked for. The few ladies I have came in contact with here have not been pleasant and only after showing attitude have they been somewhat nice. 10/10 would not recommend this place. If you have mean girls with that sour of an attitude working your front desk, I’d hate to know how the rest of the staff is.

Booked my appointment online which was super convenient. I just picked what was earliest in availability, and my hairstylist ended up being Jennifer West. Girl listened and got the job done so perfectly, it’s the first time I got exactly what I wanted at a hair salon. Highly recommend Jennifer West!

Litzy did an outstanding color/highlight and cut for me. She was very neat and precise and I appreciated her attention to detail. I have received several compliments on my hair. I highly recommend her.

The piercer, Laura I believe, was so nice, cool, and professional. Super clean environment, and all the staff is so friendly in a genuine way. I could not have asked for a better experience! 10/10 recommend!

We had a great experience getting my 10 year old's ears pierced. The space is very clean and it is a proper piercer which is exactly what we wanted. She was very calm and professional, and the piercing went smoothly! I truly can't recommend them enough.

Asked for a trim of my dead ends and specified that I only wanted 1-2 inches off. And my hair is pretty curly. Stylist cut my hair to my shoulders when it was previously down pretty well past my shoulders(a little past my boobs) . Then tried to style it and left it very frizzy and feeling crunchy . Worst haircut I’ve gotten by far. Also price ended up being 70$ with tip for a wash,trim, and eyebrow wax.

I LOVE Utopia Salon! I followed my stylist, Natalie, here from her prior workplace. She does such an amazing job; always nails whatever color I’m looking for, and I always leave there with the healthiest feeling hair. She gives me tips and suggestions to keep my hair free from damage and to extend the life of my color/treatment (saving me $$). My daughter BEGGED for months to get her hair highlighted for the first time, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start all that upkeep with her, but after speaking with Natalie we came up with a solution that got my daughter some low maintenance highlights without going overboard. I FULLY trust Natalie with both my and my daughter’s hair. She listens and communicates and we have never once left there unhappy. 100% recommend this salon and stylist to anyone

Hi , l followed Natalie to Utopia from her previous place of employment which she was my hairdresser for over 4 years , now celebrating 1 year at Utopia salon with her.
Natalie has been a blessing in doing an awesome job with my coloring and hair cuts now for over 5 year’s total but more importantly has become a valued friend!!!

I absolutely love this salon! Natalie Hahn has been my stylist for years and I followed her to Utopia and I'm so happy I did. The salon is clean and they offer EVERYTHING! It's amazing! I have been going to Utopia for awhile now to keep up with a short hairstyle that has to be trimmed frequently and my stylist always fits me in. I followed my stylist from another salon because she is the absolute best. If you want a great stylist that also has a fun loving personality then go see Natalie.

THEY RUINED MY HAIR AND THEN CALLED ME TO SAY THEY WON'T FIX IT AND I AM NO LONGER WELCOME THERE BECAUSE I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. Don't go here unless you want to blow money, get your hair ruined! The first picture is of past highlights that I have gotten, and what I asked for again. The following pictures are what I ended up with. I am absolutely irate. My hair is ruined and I am embarrassed by it. Now to get it fixed my hair has to be bleached again and I don't even know how fixable it's going to be.
