I am from out of the area, and needed a mani/pedi while in Winchester. I stopped at Victorian Nail Spa on a Monday morning and was accommodated immediately. My tech was friendly and gentle. She did an awesome job on my pedi and gel polish, very relaxing! My mani was also great and long overdue. The highlight of my visit was the neck and shoulder massage my tech gave me while my gel color cured. It felt heavenly!
I will come here again when I am in the Winchester area.

Last week I came and got a fill in. I was greeted. It was so peaceful. I walked in and was talking with the customers. They were full of customers.Today I got a pedicure. The lady was so detailed in making sure everything was done right.
I got the lemon pedicure and gel color nail polish #205 a calm color. Same color I got on my nails last week. This my second time here and I enjoy the peace and quiet either after or before work.
Settling in a great way. I will definitely return.

Omg they blow a LOUD OBNOXIOUS whistle for celebratory occasions and my ears are still ringing it scared me so much and my relaxing pedicure turned into a nightmare and I have TINNITUS! So sad because this is such a bad idea confetti poppers also blowing confetti all over the place landing in wet nail polish- clearly no one is thinking or they are deaf from hearing whistles over and over again

First time going here. I will not return. I got the dip, and within 2 days the top coat peeled off of my nails. And the nail dip chipped within 24 hours of getting them done. I would have went back but I'm out of town. I always get dip when I get my nails done, this is the first time that the top coat peeled off. With other salons, even after weeks the top coat never peels off. I will not be back.

They were quick to complete my gel nails. They offered me a massage on my back as my nails dried. It was very subdued area really would go back in a heartbeat.

Experience used to be ok but I stopped going due to my last appointment. Nails were chipping in less than 2 weeks and the girl was squeezing my nail as she worked. She was also rude. Seems like a "Rush the customer out of here to start on the next one" spot.

They do set a timer so you know your massage is the right amount of time. The place is very clean. Very nice!

awful nails, i’m very disappointed. i was excited to get my nails done but no place was open except this one so i went thinking you can’t really mess up a gel manicure until the guy doing my nails finished. you could still see my bare nail under the polish and they were just not painted well at all. he knew he messed up and tried fixing them but they were still very bad. in different lighting it’s very patchy and spots from my bare nail that you can still see. he was pushing back my cuticles, cutting them, and i started bleeding. on top of that i still had to pay full price. they look worse in real life.?
