I usually don’t write reviews, but this time it’s absolutely worth it. Adriel at Walgreens gave me excellent customer service and was incredibly patient while helping me with my phone issues. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved, and I left very happy with the experience. I’m truly glad I had the chance to meet Adriel—thank you for your kindness!

The pharmacy staff is rude, very disrespectful and deliberately hang up the phone !

Worst Pharmacy. There was a time this Pharmacy had great employees and pharmacists, but now they techs are rude, when you call they put you on hold without speaking to you over and over the pharmacists are rude and have been harassing me regarding my medication that I been on for 20+ years. Overstepping their boundaries trying to refer me to a Dr. Like they have the right to tell me who to go to. I advocate for myself and don't need help finding care. They hung up on my face when calling me, trying to request things that I don't feel they have the right to have. This Pharmacy closed for two days and never advised me, they have become very unprofessional and lying to my PCP of my visits to pick up my medications. Will Not be going here anymore and advise people to go elsewhere. They lack professional ethics, empathy, and no care for patients. I have never in my life been treated or delt with such difficult people and liars. I have made calls to corporate and they also don't return calls. This Pharmacy has lost all credibility and respect. If I could give 100 zero rating I would. I and no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Store managers come to talk one look like a teenager and the other couldn't remedy the issue. Im done.

Couldn't tell me if they had a medication in stock as my pharmacy was out. I guess they don't want new customers. I'll call another walgreens as this is the only one I have issues with.

I have gotten 4 out of 5 prescriptions filled at different times here over the last year. I say 4 out of 5 because I NEVER RECEIVED ONE IF THEM. Eye drops were ordered for my child and I never got the call/text. I tried calling and just got the voice message. The condition cleared up and I never ever received that item. Now the other times that did get filled I had to go to the store in person each and every time or call and request to speak to a real person and asking them to fill it. Today, my prescription was called in at 3:30pm from my doctor. This Walgreens closes at 8. I first called starting at 6:45. I was put on hold to talk to a person. After about 15 minutes a person answered and put me on another hold immediately. I was on this hold for about an additional 5 minutes and they hung up on me. So I call back. And again wait on hold for about 10 minutes this time. I finally get ahold of a person and inquire if my prescription would be filled tonight. She said "I can go ahead and get that started and filled tonight". So I asked if they would have been ready had I not called. And she didn't say no, but she did say they are not running a full staff and people are getting the covid vaccine... so no it would not have been filled tonight. This is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. This is not a "flu season shortness of staff". This has been ongoing over a year. This is their business practice.

If you can't keep staffed enough to run the place you should just close it. Maybe you don't really need that many Walgreens in the city. Wait times are just ridiculous.

This is my favorite Walgreens in town. The employees are very friendly and are always happy to assist me. The pharmacy is very quick and efficient with friendly pharmacists. Almost always, they will have everything I am looking for and more. With a vast amount of snacks, drinks, and every day items, I can get what I need and more in one quick and easy trip. They usually have quite a few covid tests in stock too. While this location is on door dash, it is always a pleasure to visit and get the items I need myself. Our family prefers this Walgreens location over similar stores such as Rite-aid and Cvs pharmacy. We did notice that the cost of some items such as drinks and frozen dinners do cost a bit more here than other places like gas stations. We do recommend and enjoy the location though!

The cute pharmacists got me a great discount! I don't have health insurance so, the visit to the doctor was expensive enough. My prescriptions ended up coming to $15! He also recommended over the counter, rather than the prescription Flonase. Thank you Mr. Pharmacists guy. You're a blessing

My wife and I were both had colds but needed to go drop something off to my brother who lives in Winchester. We both forgot our OTC meds to help us get through the trip so a quick stop into Walgreen's was in order. Walgreen's is the same wherever you go so I knew right where to find what we needed. The cashier was friendly and talkative and we were in and out in no time. Typical Walgreen's experience.

As Gertrude Stein might say, "A Walgreens is a Walgreens is a Walgreens" as is this one. Nothing different, exceptional or superlative as compared to the many other Walgreens. However, I did like the fact that they have restroom facilities clearly designated, not hidden away, and both clean and odor free.
