We are a charity and give away food and hygiene kits to the needy. Next year we are launching a youth urban farm and bike repair program. So, I shop at walmart a lot and vaarious ones because we serve in 4 states. I had a great experience with going to this Walmart. It was my first time there and they were nice to me and helpful.

I took my son to the doctor this evening and had them put his meds in at this Walmart pharmacy closest to our house because it is open til 9 PM and it is 7:50 PM. The pharmacy drive thru which is lit up and the camera phone was on. I sat there and kept hitting the call button. No response. I called the pharmacy phone and it states the pharmacy is closed so I double check the website to make sure that the hours did not change and it says 9 PM. The night clinic for my son's doctor is now closed so I cannot ask for the prescription to be transferred to a diff pharmacy. I tried to call the main store number, had to call back to push the button for many diff depts but no one answered at any of them. Why even have a phone if no one is going to answer it? Also why close the pharmacy early when people need their meds? That is poor management.

I bought a $120 amplifier for a 12' subwoofer and when I opened the box it had broken plastic a blown fuse and missing screws I tried to return the product and they told me the serial numbers on the box did not match the numbers in the amplifier. I don't understand why I have to pay for somebody at customer service not doing there job? This doesn't help me save money because they proceeded to say I can buy another one and the system should let them override for the return and now I have 2 amps and I don't want either anymore.

Why would you have three employees in blue vest and one in a yellow vest standing there watching 20+ in line at self checkout??? Ever thought of putting these staff members on a empty register since you have a whole row of them not being used ? That way maybe people with full carts don't have to check out and bag all there goods themselves. And maybe police your employees on using cell phones while working not sure why all the people you had watching self checkout were on their cell phones. Saw two people leave their items on top of product displays because They were tired of waiting. If your goal is paying employees to not do a dam thing then your rocking that business model.

We got some nice rings here and the service was faster than another Walmart where we had to go back and forth for someone and got no one. So we came here and got assistance right away!

These folks just started a program where you can download the Walmart grocery app and order what you want. Then at the appointed time window you check in on the app, park in the orange spots at the store, and they bring your groceries right to the car! They are fast and friendly. They gave me a gift bag with samples and graciously would not accept a tip. I really needed this service this week and will use it again because it is awesome. The team here goes out of its way to help. I shop here often and I have always been provided food service. Once I was trying to lift something heavy and I had 3 people run over to help me w/o my asking.

I felt obligated to defend the employees of this Walmart when I read the previous disparaging review. The people working in this store have been uniformly polite and helpful to me. They have actually taken me straight to many items when I've asked their location rather than just tell me what aisle that it's in. I moved down here to Virginia from the N.Y.C. area and am used to poor treatment from employees in similar type stores so in comparison to that behavior I was really gratified to be treated so well and recommend this Walmart to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and courtesy.

After I waited in the check out line for 10 minutes while the customer in front of me wanted a price check on every item, the cashier decided to restock her bags around the wheel. When she was done checking me out I asked if she could hand me one of my bags that was out of reach. Her response was, yes after you get the others. Thanks Walmart. Excellent customer service

Most of the employees ignore you and some have even been just plain hateful. They don't seem to have anything useful, one out of ten times I've been there have I actually been able to get what I was looking for. I haven't been back to a Walmart in eight months because of this Walmart.
