Very few manned registers unless you want to use the self checkout option it is very frustrating. lots of items in aisles and all the workers seem to be pulling orders for people to pick up All this makes visiting the store problematic

Of course everyone loves walmart and has almost everything. It has been a bit crowded lately. I find myself lately wanting to get in and out the store. It definitely a place to hang at when you have free time.

Had a problem with a double charge at self checkout. Called them and had to go through a ton of people. Finally got a phone call from someone at the store telling me to just stop in and they’d give me my money back. However when I stopped in, they told me that the girl that called me was on vacation. She never told me that she had to be there to get my money back. 3 employees and coaches worked VERY hard yesterday to get me my money back and were successful. Don’t remember their names but they were extremely helpful and went out of their way. Thank you

By far the worst Walmart in the area. The money order machine is ALWAYS down, yet god forbid they place a sign on the door or at money services, instead they have you wait in a line for 45+ minutes and waste your time. You place a pickup order and half your order gets cancelled because items are out of stock, yet I’ve gone in to get something I forgot and ALL the items that were cancelled are in fact, in stock. Quit hiring lazy employees and train them to do their jobs and PUT UP SIGNS and stop wasting your customers time!

We placed a mobile order on 06/04/2023. The curbside employee carelessly threw our groceries in the back which resulted in all 6 eggs breaking all in the bag. When we called they told us we had to come to customer service and do an exchange. We went to customer service and they told us we can’t do an exchange we’d have to buy a whole new thing of eggs. Super careless and not helpful.
