We made the switch to Walter and Walter about one year ago with the help of Renee at their office. SHE HAS BEEN AMAZING. Listening to our needs, quick response times, finding us the best deals. She helped us to save thousands of dollars a year by switching over our auto and home policies. We even had a sudden homeowner's emergency less than two months after our switch, and the entire team handled it like a pro. We are thankful for them!

Horrible agent. Let me down everytime that I've needed their help. After an accident, I got a new car. Called them to add it to my policy. They didn't. They admitted they didn't do it after calling them because I couldn't get an inspection. They added it. Then, Erie Insurance took over $800 out of my accout because of there mistake. They couldn't even call me back.

Very happy with Walter and Walter. They basically have the same roadside assistance as AAA included with their Erie policies. I had a very expensive tow bill and they reimbursed me no questions asked! Prices are very good too! If you need insurance or are looking for something better call Walter and Walter and ask for Karen, she’s very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
