Stay far far away…! Had them for 6 years and hit or miss, but I needed it for when I could work from home (what a joke). Starlink became available and blows them away. 10 times faster, more stable, and only a few more dollars a month. When I cancelled, they offered to let me keep my service for only $20 a month, because they know they’ll be out of business in a year or so. I declined. Oh, and a manger is conveniently never available.

I had a truly terrible experience with Wave2Net. Their internet service is unbelievably unreliable. Constant outages and slow speeds. They make promises they can't keep and overcharge for the subpar service they provide.

Service is out all the time. I’m using cell data as I write this, because service has been in & out again for a few weeks now. Takes them forever to agree there’s a problem & longer to fix it. Installation is super expensive. We also had them run a long line to house for install…they said they buried the line 6”…they didn’t bury more than maybe 1.5”! Line cut during routine yard work. Had to pay them $$$$ to repair that line & bury it at proper depth ourself because they wanted an additional $900 to bury it correctly. Fine. It’s expensive, BUT can you just make it work longer than 3 weeks at a time. When are we going to get real internet options/service out here?!!

Terrible internet service. I mainly use streaming apps. Price increases, reliability goes down.

After being a customer for 4+ years, I didn't want to have to find another internet provider!!Worst service ever, prove me wrong. Props to the customer service staff for always being kind and patient, but the internet service is unbelievably bad. I frequently stay with family in the Winchester area and their service costs about $30 more per month than my local service AND lately it's been working 50% of the time at best. Wave2Net's speed has never been great and I didn't expect ultra high speed in a rural area, but over the past year it has become abysmal. In 2020 I was able to work from their house if I needed and today I am literally writing this review from a public parking lot where I came to work because I haven't been able to load a webpage for 2 days - and this isn't a one time instance. There have been more problems every time I've visited the last 2 years and this time we've barely had any reliable service at all since early December (over a month).

Worst internet service I’ve ever had. They charge you what they charge you because there’s little to no options available out where I live and they know that! They take advantage of this fact. Their customer service is awful and the women who work in the office and in sales are rude and don’t care at all. They’ll tell you anything to make a sale.

One of the worst internet providers. 90% of time only get a tenth of the speeds you pay for. They upgraded our antenna worked great for 2 weeks. We pay for 10 down 5 up. Most of time only test at .9 mps down and .22 upload. So you can't do nothing. I got t mobile for phone which sucks but test way faster then wave2net. So when frist hook you up your fast for few weeks and that's it. From 5 pm till 11 pm never works. Up till 3pm I'm lucky if I get 4 mps down

I signed up for this service and heard nothing back from the company. Three or four months pasted and one day someone was at my house with a ladder up to my roof. It was Rudy, I asked what he was doing and he said he was here to do a site survey. I should have known better not to let him do it. That was the beginning of a very bad relationship with Wave-To-Nowhere (aka: wave2net). Months went by with unusable internet. Connection timeouts on the rare occasions that it was working and Rudy constantly promising to fix the problem. After dozens of phone calls and empty promises I finally decided to terminate my service. At the time they had a clause in their contract that allowed it to be broken in the event of service interruption. I quoted the paragraph in my termination notice and asked that the service be terminated. The month prior I did not have any service but I did get a bill! I took the equipment down and returned it to Wave-to-Nowhere. Rudy responded that I did not give them adequate time to resolve the problem. He refused to honor my request and even though I returned the equipment, he continued billing for the service. I had to cancel my credit card. This after months of little to no service and countless phone calls to Wave-to-Nowhere. At no time did the service come anywhere near the promised speed. In fact, running a speed test often timed out and could not provide a result. Rudy then sent my account off to collections, which affected my credit rating. I had to write the collection agency and protest the collection. I did not hear back from them after that. Wave-to-Nowhere uses consumer wireless routers to provide their service. They do not have licensed frequencies to use and must contend with any and all interference. Including your neighbor who may have a WIFI router on the same channel as Wave-to-Nowhere. When I asked Rudy why he didn't use commercial equipment his response was that the service would not be affordable if he did. You would be better off buying a courier pigeon to send your packets on a piece of paper. SO, BOTTOM LINE. IF YOU ENJOY PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T GET AND HAVING A NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORT WAVE-TO-NOWHERE IS YOUR PERFECT CHOICE. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGRAVATION. THEY SHOULD NOT BE PERMIITED TO OPERATE.

What a great company! I live north of berryville, and have suffered with horrible cellphone hotspot internet for years. Suddenly I am rocking a solid 20mb/ with 35ms latency and no dropouts. I cannot stress enough what a great service this is.Plus, the install guy was not only totally cool, but he is an absolute genius. I am a Sat com engineer by trade, and can say with absolute certainty that this guy is a rock star.Super happy!! Thanks guys!!!

Every New Years Day I enjoy watching the NHL Outdoor Game. Not this year, Wave2Net was out once again and I was not able to watch. Thanks Wave2Net!! Can't wait for StarLink to be available.

How do you give zero stars? AVOID Wave2net! I had the exact same negative experience as the other reviews. I was initially told they could provide service. After 3 weeks of not being provided with an installation date, I canceled. 2 weeks later I am still trying to get the installation fee credited back. A headache that is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and research this company. Also, if you have LTE or even 5g coverage at your home do some research on those options. They will far exceed this company.

So far, poor. 3 weeks in, it has already gone down twice - second one right now. No tech support in evenings/weekends to call in an outage. The phone message tells you to put in the ticket via their web portal - which requires the internet to be up - which it isn't! (Poor cell coverage-a Verizon issue-interferes with submitting a ticket via phone.). No option to send an SMS message to report the outage. I will be shopping for another provider.

We have been customers for 5 years now and we are very happy with our service from Wave2Net. We live way out of town and are able to use the internet around the clock with ease. When there has been occasional issues, the customer service has been excellent. They are friendly and keep us informed as the issue is resolved. Happy we made the switch!
