Great place to deliver fast unloading, from i81 south take exit 317 take a right after drive straight on us 11 south gps will show you no trucks allowed don’t worry and stay in line drive 1.4 miles straight and facility it will be on right side

I've been here a few times it's very easy to get to you just come in off of I-81 exit 317 stay left after exit on 11 which will turn into Loudon Street 2 mi on RHS. There will be a big sign on the side of the brick building that says WCS Logistics, Park between the two buildings and there is overnight parking allowed. The people here are very nice and they are fast loading/unloading.

August01,2025 first time here for delivery when go for check in they said this load is not for this location. They have another location 1.5 mile down 188 Brooke Rd Suite900. (Not really sure but i think frozen loads they unload here not 100%sure). Checked at this location 08:02am got dock right away 08:40 got paperwork in hand. They have a limited parking as well if you want to park. Overall good experience. It’s good if you make sure which location you need to go before come here.

Nice folks. Kinda of a rabbit warren to get into. GPS won't route you in directly. It insists that through trucks are prohibited, but you're not a through truck, 🫤

Next time, I would probably come in a different way, than making that right turn off of US522. People roll into the intersection making hard to avoid the pole on the corner of N. Loudon and 522. Wyck street is the next turn on the left if you are coming in from the US522. Go past where 522 turns left, and it's the next street down on your left. Then it's left in-between the warehouses to the shipping office.
EDIT: 6/23/25:
The Shipping and Receiving office is now at the front entrance of the facility where employees and visitors check in. It is located on N. Loudon Street. Down near the corner of W. Wyck Street. About where the white locate button is in the photo.
Still nice and friendly. Probably the easiest way in is off I81, Exit 317, follow signs for US 11. Stay left at the fork at US 11 South, AND VA 37 West. Ignore the gps' warnings, the business isn't 1/2 a mile away on your right. Just past the W. Commercial St intersection, there is the driveway into the facility. I usually swing way to the left into the opposing travel lane: poles, concrete jersey walls, etc. Most motorists know this, and will give you room. There is room to get turned around depending on which docks you need to be on.

As for me, the best route is I 81 -US 11- US 37- US 522- commercial street. When I was driving to load, I drove around the prohibiting signs and I really regretted it.... we ended up in a traffic lane with parked cars and along roads covered with trees... There are currently large-scale road works in the city that will last a long time, which makes traffic very difficult, especially at night. Move the tentems max forward, take large radii when turning. They unload quickly, they gave me the door 2 hours before my appointment. Overnight parking is possible.
