No matter what, every time I go here, it's 100% guaranteed ? that I will be sent a bill a year later, and it's as if I don't have INSURANCE . I am able to go on to my chart and see everything, but the employees of Valley Health can not see the insurance that I have had for 17 years. Local 26 IBEW trustfund. It's like the old saying I laugh so I don't ?

I have recently had a positive experience with valley health and the office staff was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The front desk girl was very kind.
And the technician that did my ct, Miss Roxanne, was so nice. I had to do contrast and I didn't even feel the iv going in, and I never do well with ivs. She walked me through every step of the way and was so wonderful. I had a positive experience here.

Can't say enough good things about this place.
My CT scan went smoothly, as did my dealings with check in. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and kind!!!!

Went for an ultrasound I drank the water and felt my bladder was full, I get my results and it say " bladder wasn't full" so now due to Valley Health not doing their job I'll probably have to go for another test?? Why didn't the tech let me drink more water? I came in with a half bottle of water and they had a whole fridge in the waiting room. Just Valley Health trying to get more money SMFH

I have been meaning to do a review for months not only for the facility but for a spefic employee Regina Keller. She is the most loving, compassionate, professional person I've ever had the pleasure to meet. She knows her job & I believe works at the hospital as well in addition to Winchester Imaging on weekends & maybe evenings. had another MRI on Sunday & was so overjoyed she was working. I asked her a while back for her suoervisor's e-mail there & lost it again but her co-worker told me to do a Google Review & her supervisor would see it. It's the best facility I've ever gone to. The emoyees are all kind, deal with so.many people & I've observed their interactions are the same with everyone pleasant, caring & professional. I hope you can reward Regina specifically for me, She deserves special recognition & other employees need a job well done thank you. I am afraid of tests but going here is a pleasure. Great facility. I tell everyone hiw great my experiences were.

Scheduling was easy, wait time minimal and everyone was very kind and efficient. The technician explained everything that was going to. I especially appreciated Angie helping make sure I had the necessary paperwork.

I had to have a CT scan at the Trex Center and the people there were amazing. So kind and helpful. The facilities were very comforting and spotless. Kudos to them.

I work in a job that relies on reviews for money and for services. I don’t leave bad reviews hardly ever but when I feel someone deserves a good review - I am going to do so.I have only been to Winchester Imaging once and was very impressed with the immediate help that I was greeted with at the front MRI area. I was in the wrong room (I was supposed to be in the ultrasound room) but I was impressed with the positivity and guidance I was given anyway. I only walked down one hallway on the first floor and was told twice where I needed to go by different people and what room I needed to be in with a smile. I was not ignored or expected to just “figure it out”.Once I was actually in the right room, I waited with one person in front of me. Stephanie understands customer service and told me she needed a second before helping me not even a minute later. I feel that if a customer is waiting and there is clearly a patient/customer waiting - whether you are the person who is supposed to be helping them or not, that person should still be greeted and/or acknowledged - not every one has that. Stephanie was positive and smiled even though she works in a doctors office with I’m sure a lot of negativity she has to deal with everyday. She reassured me my information will not be shared without my permission. I also noticed that every patient in the waiting room was greeted so kindly and patiently almost as if they were friends.My sonographers name was Stephanie as well and she was just as amazing!

My fiancee had a Lung screening scan and had a descripence with his bill which Courtney was able to resolve. She not only cares about the business but also the customers. She is a asset to the company.

F****** ridiculous! Charges are insane! 1600 for a CT of the neck. Charged two times for same thing. Insurance tell me the 1500 dollar bill is facility charge! 101 is for reading images!

Good luck with insurance covering here. Two times here and both times I’ve gotten bills higher than an ER Co-Pay for basic items.

The ladies at the front desk was nice and caring but the guy that was doing the MRI was very rude and unprofessional I suffer from being closphoic real bad and he didn't care he was pressure me too get it done and I went into a major panic attack
