I've been a volunteer at the theater for 35 years. If you have an interest in any aspect of community theater, you're always welcome to join the theater family!

Love the community theater, great price for great entertainment. My school aged daughter loved it and wished it could have lasted " another 3 hours." We saw Alice in Wonderland. It was wonderful and the cast even did autographs after the show.

Well run little theatere in a former train depot. Never a bad performance. Often presenting realivant plays with open discussions after show. Supported with volunteer time energy and donations. Adjacent business os a jerk, not allowing parking. However, limited parking available with reservations. Other parking nearby.

We saw Spitfire Grill. It was a great show and I was impressed with the live music. Actors were very talented. The theater is very very small. But, they make excellent creative use the space they have.

Great little local theater with wonderful plays and staff. We have seen several productions here and enjoyed them all. The space is small and very intimate. Often the audience is pulled into the production by proximity to the players and that makes each play unique and special. Supporting this in the community is not very expensive and often a great way to meet some very nice people.

I took my two year old to both of their recent childrens theater programs. I wasn’t sure how he would do, but he was completely enthralled during both shows. I’m so glad we went. I love theater, but haven’t been able to go since becoming a mother. I absolutely loved both shows we saw, and I could not have been more impressed by the performances. I wish they held these children’s performances year round! Encore!

As a family we have seen many plays/musicals at the Winchester Little Theatre. Most recently (July 2023) we saw Moana and it was fantastic. The cast and production was great! The lighting and special effects were great too! The only thing that could’ve been improved was the sound. It was a little hard to hear some of the cast.Overall the WLT does a great job with their productions and at a VERY reasonable cost. The theater is small so any seat is a great seas. I highly recommend for anyone. Attached to this review are pictures from the autograph session after Moana!

Just saw our first show at WLT last night. It was charming and delightful. We live about 90 minutes away so we've never attended a performance there, but we regularly travel for good theatre experiences. My interest was greatly piqued in seeing a show here because it's a thrust stage experience, which is rare in our area. As a community theatre director myself I wanted to see their space and how they staged the show. I want to begin doing something similar. This organization has been around nearly a century and they have a beautifully renovated space in an old train depot. They also clearly have an army of volunteers who make these shows happen. We had front row seats, putting us face-to-face with the actors, which I loved. The performance was well staged and well acted. It was a great night of both entertainment and research.

Perfect small venue for little shows. I went to support a friend in a local production, great little intimate setting. Excellent views of the stage and small enough for good sound in all seats. Little hidden gem right in town.
