Terrible customer support and the internet is always offline or having some issue. The prices are absolutely terrible and would not recommend to anyone but in the country there is no other option.

never used them, but after having a few online interactions with the alleged "owner" I never will.

Done with them. Worst internet ever. Out more than it's on. Slow speeds. High price. Terrible service. Mine's been out for over a week. No one seems to care.

Winchester Wireless is absolutely horrible. Everything from their customer service to the prices for the internet service you receive. I have had nothing but issues out of them since I had them install (which was a nightmare in itself). They came out and said I needed to cut down trees. Then they didn't even mark which trees. They just pointed from the distance. I had to call them back to actually mark them. Then I cut them all down and still had issues with the service. They send someone back out and say well, trees hold water so let them dry out after rain. "So you mean to tell me I won't have internet when it rains or when it snows?" The answer is always the same..."well, let's wait until the next big rain to see if you're still having issues".Winchester Wireless basically uses OUTDATED equipment and when something breaks, they charge their customers to replace it. Please note that the customer does NOT own the equipment, so therefore we should not be held responsible for it - that's why we pay for the service with equipment rental. We still have to return the items when you leave this horrible company. If we pay for it - that means it is ours and we shouldn't have to return it.The internet service itself is sporadic. They have tiered plans for different speeds based on your needs (that's fine), but they do not keep a constant speed. Winchester Wireless advertises the top speed for each tier based on what it could possibly reach up to (usually in the early hours of the morning...2am or so). During peak times, you're lucky if you can load a simple webpage or an email. If you work from home, forget it! You'll end up losing your job and relying on your hotspot from your phone. When you call to complain, they basically just say..."well, it's working...but it does slow down during peak times. You can upgrade your plan...but it will still slow down during peak times depending on how many people are using it in the area". What? LOLIn short, look for internet elsewhere. I know options are limited in a lot of areas. But, if you have cell service at your house...there are a couple internet places that run off cell towers and don't use satellites. While it isn't perfect, It is much more reliable than Winchester Wireless. I wish I could leave the names of the companies in this review, but it will be deleted. Google is your friend...do your research and run from this company.

For a long time Winchester Wireless was the only internet service with unlimited data available to me. From day one customer service was always terrific. Speeds were not always great, but we're usually enough for us to watch Netflix. Gaming was not great, sometimes it worked ok but other days were solitaire days. I recently got starlink so I did cancel my service, but still think Winchester Wireless is a good service.

Update; after calling (like the owner) request on Monday! It’s been a week with no call back! But for his “notes” all that pile/digging abs wire running was done the next morning by 8am and all they needed to do was come out abs put on the box. And because I left a review they are denying service to my elderly parents that the account was under.. not even mine! I just don’t like the way my parents were being treated! So make sure if u have service with them u bite ur tongue or they will disconnect you! Those looking for a company that will call u back, try fire wifi! They just got 5G routers!!

Worst internet provider I've ever went with. 150$ a month for non reliable service. Connection drops, high latency and much more. Couldn't be a bigger rip off. Cannot wait for verizon or xfinity to make their way up to mountain falls. This company is highly frustrating and I am at my witts end with the horrible service. Highly would recommend another provider. They're obviously here to steal from folks.

Fantastic. Without Winchester Wireless I'd be working from home using a cell phone. The service has been very reliable so far. Customer service is also great, they took the time to take my calls and deal with my somewhat unusual router configuration to get things working.

Update:I originally gave Winchester Wireless 5 stars for their customer service. I have since had their service for 9 months and have not been impressed. Unfortunately, the NetMagic plan (which is the only plan available to us) is completely unreliable. While the outages in internet have been beyond Winchester Wireless' control, it has been increasingly frustrating to not know if we will have reliable internet. Their customer service has always been great but overall the consistency of internet leaves much to be desired. It is extremely overpriced at $189.99 for 400G of data per month that may or may not work each month. I think if another plan other than their NetMagic plan was offered, we would be much happier but for now, we are stuck with lack luster internet coverage.Original Review:When I needed to schedule, I spoke with Koby who was incredibly kind and helpful in meeting our immediate internet needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained your product very well. I was very impressed that he was willing to work late on a Friday night in order to assist us. When I requested an appointment confirmation email, Koby was quick to respond and emailed me the confirmation immediately.Jeremy and Seth came to install the equipment to provide us with internet. Both were extremely polite, friendly and professional. Both worked efficiently and provided excellent education on your product. It was a pleasure to watch Jeremy teach Seth. The respect Jeremy gave Seth as his student was a great testament to his abilities as an educator. In my experience, having a technician in your home is an uncomfortable experience, as they are often crude and messy. This was not the case with these people. I was happy to welcome them into my home and was surprised by the cleanliness of their work. Both were very friendly and I enjoyed conversing with them as they worked.

We have been trying to get internet for several months. This last week was either our 6th or 7th appointment. We have lost track at this point. We have been rescheduled due to: the weather, "forgetting about us", staff shortage, a techs surprise dentist appointment, a big commercial job, and a truck broke down.I get it, things happen, especially in today's world. But not only did half of these appointments result in complete no shows, but we would have to call back days later to reschedule for another 3 weeks down the road. Reading all the similar reviews and seeing the owner's response, still doesn't excuse poor communication and planning.I will give credit where it is due. The employees at the office are very pleasant, and one weekend an engineer who normally works in the office came out to check our signal. He was also very nice.

Want to update our review now that they came out. Winchester did come out to our place and unfortunately their service will not work at our place as the single wasn’t strong enough. However, the installation crew was very helpful in talking us through other options that may work at our cabin. Thank you Chad for helping us through this process and dealing with our frustrations. Please note that they may have to reschedule your installation appointment. For us it was 5 times, but this doesn’t seem typical for most customers.

I was wanting to get the internet service. I scheduled with them to install service over 30 days in advance of move. At the last moment they canceled the install due to tower maintenance. Over the next couple months, I scheduled them 5 other times only for them to cancel at the last moment or day of install. My last call from them to cancel another appointment due to tower maintenance or lack of staff, I just told them I wanted my money back and to cancel my order request. I figured that if there was that much tower maintenance then their internet service may not be reliable. I moved on.

Facts only:I called Winchester Wireless at the end of March 2021 looking to have service installed at my house. I was told then that they were booked up and first appointment was May 10, 2021. I paid the $45 and committed to the installation. The day of installation, May 10, 2021 no one showed so I called into Winchester Wireless to check status. I was told that I was not on schedule as I had been bumped due to their backlog of installations. They said they could not tell me at that time when they could reschedule me but would call me back trying to get me rescheduled in a week or so.Today, May 28, 2021 I called in and still had no reschedule date and it was like I was stating all over again with the scheduling process. Needless to say I canceled my service and while my current service is horrible I do not have to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism. For the record Winchester Wireless will not show me in their customer database because they could never actually get me scheduled for installation.I decided to cancel the installation request and requested my $45 back.Buyer beware!

Current client of WW, went in to the office to discuss a wifi extender solution. As always staff was very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my internet service that they provide. Highly recommend!
