Experience on 10/08 was wonderful. I picked up one of my prescriptions and waited too long to pick up the second (oops). They were super nice about it and had it ready quickly! On my way out, I purchased a few snacks and the girl at the register asked for my pharmacy receipts. At first I was confused, but it turns out she was looking to see if I had a coupon that could be applied (and there was!). Overall friendly, efficient staff and a good experience. ❤️

I had to get my COVID booster shot yesterday (Sunday). Allison (our pharmacist) administered my vaccine. She is the sweetest, and so professional. We love her. I have to wait 30 minutes for vaccines to do their thing, and she always makes sure I am doing okay before I leave the store. She is so caring and compassionate. We really appreciate her. We love Miss Linda and Mr. Wayne our Pharmacy Technicians as well. We love it when they are working together on the weekends.

Workers are nice, but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes waiting in line to get your medicine. 4 people in the back doing meds and one person checking people out and a major line. Hire more people or staff another checkout. Makes no sense

The associates are inept and uncaring. I’ve lived in the area for 1 year + and as this cvs is closest, have the misfortune of exploring for another (none could be as unpleasant) pharmacy. Valid prescriptions are delayed for dubious reasons and some have simply been refused. Reasons include “this shouldn’t be taken with your other meds”. Not informed until we inquire why it isn’t ready. Apparently the staff isn’t aware of the Virginia requirement to contact the prescriber and patient when they have concerns compelling them to refuse filling. Customer service is atrocious. Their automated phone “service” insulates them from having to speak to customers. As I mentioned earlier, we will not be using cvs much longer.

They definitely need to train the new hirers to be a little bit more courteous and welcoming. I understand that they are young, but their whole demeanor is rude. They don’t acknowledge you don’t speak or anything and that’s definitely gonna be a problem if I have to keep coming in here and they’re rude. I’m talking about the ones in the pharmacy. The ones in the front of the store are always welcoming and nice but the Pharmacy is a different story they need to do better.

I have had great experiences with the pharmacy. My prescriptions are always filled with no problems and when I couldn't find a pharmacy to fill my dog's life saving med, Windsor CVS went above and beyond to make sure he had it.

From the first step in the store the elderly ladies ignore you, walk away from you and have never offered any help. They barely put your stuff in a bag and act like it's breaking their arms to be there, it's obvious they hate their jobs by the way they treat the customers. I have stood in line to pick up my script and most of the people of color get all kinds of help, when it's my turn, every time they walk away and don't excuse themselves or anything. Just walk away leaving me standing there. I would never step back in there if there was another place to go. Rudeness overload there!

The parking lot is a mess of potholes and cracked asphalt. I fell in the parking lot and scraped my face up. Staff is pleasant for the most part.

The worst pharmacy in this area. No customer service at all. And now they have basically got rid of their phone service because it is damn near impossible to get anyone on the phone, you have leave a voicemail and wait to be called back. Which never happens. Don’t waste your time and money here, go anywhere else.

What happened to this pharmacy, it continues to go down hill. Customer service is not what it used to be. Instead customers are now a bother, especially if you have a concern or question. Don't even try to call and expect to wait in line going inside. Meds are not well stocked.

Yesterday I went to the CVS pharmacy that is located in Windsor Virginia on Windsor Blvd and I picked up a prescription. The woman who was working in the pharmacy that was running the cash register was either intoxicated or high from some type of drug. She needs to be given some help from someone so your customers don't see this when they come to this store. I couldn't believe what I was seeing to be honest. I don't want this woman to lose her job, but she truly needs help with whatever it is that she is having problems with.

The staff are doing great! I will name some people that have really been helpful, Desarea, Marcy, Emily, Crystal, Allison, and others! I know that nobody should be calling anyone names! The staff are doing their job, they deserve respect!
