This CVS location is much better than the one in Suffolk, with a friendly and capable staff, a clean store, and a wide selection of products. While the parking lot could use some improvements, the overall experience at this CVS is positive, with the convenience and perks of a big corporate pharmacy combined with the service and environment of a small-town pharmacy.
I have had great experiences with the pharmacy. My prescriptions are always filled with no problems and when I couldn't find a pharmacy to fill my dog's life saving med, Windsor CVS went above and beyond to make sure he had it.

The parking lot is a mess of potholes and cracked asphalt. I fell in the parking lot and scraped my face up. Staff is pleasant for the most part.
