I came to this salon for highlights, cut and style service after a few people made recommendations online. During my initial consultation, my stylist (Julie) consulted a few times with Erin (another stylist). Julie did a good job, but if I ever went back, I would get an appointment with Erin, who appeared to be more knowledgeable and experienced.
Julie is a relatively new stylist, however charged at a 'master' style rate for her mediocre work.
The salon is closed on weekends, and hours don't seem geared to meet clientele schedule, however they are open later on Monday and Tuesday.
Overall, I would not recommend this salon. It is overpriced and there are too many other great salons in the Suffolk area.

I've been going to Erin at Pin Ups for quite a while - she's not only a fantastic stylist but also the owner, and it really shows in the care she puts into every appointment. At my visits, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure i feel completely comfortable. Erin is thoughtful, patient, and truly passionate about what she does. My last visit i wanted to change my style and when she finished, I was so happy with how it turned out-and Erin was just as excited about the results as i was! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes Pride in her work. Highly recommend Erin and Pin Ups Salon!

Came in for hairstyling, as far as the quality of work, I could have done better on my own at home. Was charged full price $60 (almost the price of an updo) for the girl to simply curl my hair with a curling iron. No other products used, aside from a comb.
It’s not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The younger girl yelling and giggling, chit-chatting with the other stylists over your head while you’re in the chair.
Unprofessional at best. Sorry, maturity and professionalism goes a long way—as well as paying attention to the client whom you’re actually working on; That was my first time there, and I won’t be returning after that experience.

Will never go back charged me $220 and my hair looked worse than when I arrived. Stylist did not do what I asked. My hair was still brassy and looked like yellow highlights. I requested a refund and was told they did not do that. Stylist offered to try to put a toner on it but why would I have her touch my hair again. Inexperienced stylist and way overcharge. So glad I found someone to fix what she messed up. Will never go back and definitely do not recommend!

This was my first time going to pin ups salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of by Claire. She listened to my wants with my hair and she cut it beautifully. I will without a doubt return to pin ups salon and have Claire be my stylist.

I had the best experience here. Each and every one of the girls were so sweet and friendly. Monroe took so much time on my hair to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Love Pin Ups Salon ! Took me awhile to find a good salon.Everyone is very nice an a pleasant environment! Julie does my hair beautiful, I always feel so much better when I leave ! Thank you Julie ❤️

I’ve seen the stylist, Julie Jones, multiple times and have always been pleased with the outcome! I’m super picky when it comes to my hair & Julie is always sure to bring my vision/wants to life every time!! She makes sure that I’m always satisfied before leaving, which shows that she cares about her craft & clients. From haircuts to hair coloring, I can’t recommend Julie or Pin Ups Salon enough!!!

I’ve been going to pin ups for years, and recently switched to stylist Julie. She is very professional and listened to what I wanted. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and made me feel very confident in choosing her. The salon atmosphere is always very welcoming and clean, and I look forward to booking with Julie again. (Her shampooing skills are top notch - my favorite part)

I always get the most beautiful hair every time I go, I always go to Trista and she always knows what I want. The environment there is great and the people there are the sweetest!!
