I have been to several shops around the 757 and this one is by far the best I've found. They are honest, reasonably priced & they go the extra mile for their customers. They have fit me in same day, give detailed breakdowns of repairs and cost, and they sent me photos of what needed to be fixed so I have no doubts. I have brought 3 different cars to this shop and the excellent service has remained consistent each time. Thank you guys for all you do!

I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I took my car to have one thing repaired and of course they found something else. Well the first issue took over a week to fix then I waited and waited and kept calling every week only to be told (twice!) that they had just gotten the part and would start on it that day. Lo and behold on the third week I called and just told them I needed my car, at this point they had had it over a month, they said fine come and get it. When I got to the shop I was planning on buying the part so I could have someone else install it but they tell me they never ordered it! Then my car barely turned over (no doubt from sitting in the same spot for 3 weeks) and when I got it home the battery completely died. I jumped it, the next day it was dead again. So I guess I'll be buying a new battery next.
So, no, I do not recommend this shop.

I really like this garage, went in for a state inspection and the guys found some serious suspension problems and let me know, and fixed everything at a reasonable price.

Was skeptical about the place based off the negative reviews, not going to lie
But I learned a few things from Bobbi. He has experience with different semi trucks and was able to deduce the trial an error difficulty of my Volvo. So they get 5 stars from me. They also treated me with respect so there's my gratitude.
P.S. Getting ro them in a semi is a bit tough because the roads are small and a section of the town is "No Trucks" so fighting with that was challenging.

Rhodes garage is one of the best places in Hampton roads to get work of any kind done to your diesel or gas vehicle. I have had them do inspections,repair work of all kinds for twenty years. Never had to take my vehicles back after the repair and the cost is as good or better than any shop in the area.Services: Transmission
