This is tough to review. I want to give 5 stars for the drivers. We’ve lived in different parts of Windsor and have very much appreciated the drivers on our route! (Aside from one lady who drives very dangerously, but we don’t see her often.) On the other hand, I want to give 0 stars because of one guy at the post office who is literally one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life! He has no right to be dealing with the public. I have no clue how he has this job. It baffles me because he is just that awful!!!

Multiple people work here and yet 2 days in a row I’ve gone in around 3 and their closed I can’t even call ahead to see if they’re open and they have my package this place sucks just like every other postal place

How many of my packages are you guys going to steal? Absolutely ridiculous. I have USPS informed delivery and cameras at my home. Two packages marked "delivered" to my porch, my cameras saw the mail car stop at the mailbox and leave. No packages anywhere in the small tiny neighborhood.

They have a gentleman working the front who is rude and not helpful at all. He was listening to something on his phone so loud and was just nasty with me to even answer any of my questions. Then I had a package that was suppose to require a signature and we were home and they didnt even knock they just left a note on the door and now the post office will be closed for the next two days and it was important stuff I needed

Claims they close from 1-2 for lunch but I've shown up at 12:30 on a Friday and they are closed. No posted sign other than closed be back at 2. Out of all places a federal building should operate on schedule.

Windsor Va Post Office has an extremely rude gentleman at the counter. He has zero customer service. The day I tried to mail my packages he was watching something on his phone with the volume on. Basically refused to help so I left mailed my packages with ups.

ive never really had a problem with packages being delivered before but recently instead of being delivered to our front porch, the deliver will put them next to the mail box or even across the road in an empty field. I don't know why they do this , unless they are too lazy to deliver it to our front porch.

I don't know what the problem is but I just want a receipt. Is this a service you don't want to support or just don't want to do? You Scanning it when I'm there to doing this later it the same amount of time.

OMG! I cannot believe he did this to a lieutenant who protects our country. Why does it hurts just seeing something like this. Windsor VA, he filed against the officers. That ex cop should be charged with assault as well!

Constant problems with deliveries, now I request packages that I order to be delivered by literally anyone other than the USPS.Update as of 6/18/22, I had order an ant colony that was shipped through them. Entire box was destroyed, near flattened. I expect nothing less from this office.
