Dollar Tree here was ok. There were some boxes piled up in the back corner blocking stuff on the shelf. Cashiers here are really nice. And they have a self checkout. Didn’t know Dollar Tree has self checkouts now.

This Dollar Tree used to be my favorite in the area, but it has become so unorganized. Every time you go in there there are boxes stacked up everywhere and they are literally in the middle of the isles blocking the shelved products. It’s almost impossible to get to something you need. If you were someone with a disability it would be nearly impossible to get around in there. The self check out is a nice feature, but this store has went down hill. I prefer the one in Norton now.

Customer service was great, although there was very few workers!No waiting in line, helpful workers.Clean environment.Friendly!I'm only giving 4 stars, because they sell Glue Sticks for Hot Glue Guns.. However they do not sell the Hot Glue Guns themselves, if they do even their workers and myself missed them!!

If 0 was a option they definitely would have gotten it. Idk, who is GM there is but let me tell you what happened to me while there. Apparently they allow someone to be have been assaulted by another customer. I was starting down a isle I don't recall what it was I was looking for. There was a lady and a kid in a wheelchair. I didn't pay any attention to them and was looking for the item I needed. Well, this child grabbed my shirt my first instinct was to fight back because of my past that led me to having PTSD. I simply told the child "Please don't grab me". I was in no way out of character towards this child. The lady with him starts yelling at me that this child was autistic over and over. Another woman came around the corner and wanted to know what was going on. The other lady said something to her and the lady turned and told me to leave that child alone. She proceeded to throw her stuff down and I assumed they left. I'm 1 step away of pressing charges against Dollar Tree and those 2 women..

Suppose to close at 8 on Sundays but upon arriving at the store to get 1 item while looking at the hours (I arrived at 755) one of you seen me go to park and by them time I parked I seen one of the employees get up and walk over to lock the door (at 755) Pathetic, your in the business of customer service not self service to finish your shift early so you can watch people try to open the door while you sit on you throne 3 ft from the door (the item belt at the register). May not be a big issues except the blatant disregard for a Patron of your establishment and if I Hadnt a sick kid at home and was trying to obtain the only fever reducer I could afford to help him out at that time. Thanks dollar tree. And thanks to whoever you are that locked the door.
