“If you know what you need and where to find it it's a great place to go , but good luck if you are looking for an associate to help they can sense when you need help and you can't find them and I also noticed a lot of the help buttons are no longer available but I still like to buy my lumber there even if I have to load it by myself but that is what the world is coming to self checkout.”

“We went to store to purchase a lawnmower we had already pre approve credit card. McKenna was extremely helpful with getting purchased completed. Bill was extremely helpful with allowing us to have one that was already put together instead of having to wait an hour. However, John does not need to be an employee. He was rude to staff and us when inquiring about purchase. He walked off without providing help. He does not need to be in customer service.”
