I have no problem with the washers and dryers besides the price and the constant fact there is more and more of them out of service each time I show up, my main issue is if I touch anything here I feel gross and the water pressure in the sink sucks and can’t properly wash my hands and also there hasn’t been soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom for a week almost now and one time I have seen poop toilet paper littered in the floor, they clean here only like 2 times a month it seems and the bathroom stays nasty because it’s public one and there is also no maintenance being done.
I feel like if the owners would put just a bit more time into the place making sure everything is to as close as it can to being in service and cleaning the damned place it would be a fantastic laundromat I have not to many issues with the equipment, also lower your soda prices again it was convenient for us thanks.

A very nasty Laundry mat. It's obviously not maintain well if at all. Too expensive as well.

Good laundry. Prices are comparable to others. Machines are clean and work well, they have a quarter change maker. Fortunately there is a grocery store in the mall so you can walk down and get supplies.

It's sad in such a small town this laundry mat is running like this. I'd expect this subpar quality in the big city. From my understanding the owners are in Kentucky. Hire someone to keep it up or sale it. This doesn't include the dryers that do not work. No phone number for service.Big Stone Gap has a nice facility.Unfortunately this place is horrid. Still nasty. 09/10/2023

This laundry mat is horrible. Only half the dryers ever work. As of today, I put my laundry in to wash, I hit start then go back out to my truck to sit and wait.... I go back in 30 minutes later and the washer never even started like it said it did. So now I'm having to wait another 30 minutes then probably will lose more money on drying. There is no number to contact someone if something like this happens and there are no complaint forms. I come to this one because it is close to home. This place need better owners

I don't understand the bad reviews for this laundromat. The machines work great & dry fast. It wasn't the cleanest, just needed a sweep.

Owners are thrives. The washers do not spin the water out of the clothes like they are supposed to. The dryers are set to the lowest heat settings. Hot setting is the same temperature as other places low settings. You get 7 minutes dry time per quarter. The dryer does not ever warm up until 3 minutes into cycle. Then the heat shuts off the last minute. This is the load I washed. $4 for washer. After $1.50 the clothes are still wet. Not damp. Wet. Will not come back and will warn everyone to go elsewhere unless they like to be ripped off.
