Cashier States the bathrooms out of order when i ask him how does he use the bathroom he agrees to let me use the bathroom then the boss tells me no no its out of order yet they're all serving food only at 7 11 wawa looks like a much better choice

They have a homeless camp attached to this 7-Eleven. That’s conveniently convenient convenience as I was going to the 7-Eleven, I saw people on the side of the 7-Eleven drinking at 40 in 20° weather and four people sleeping on the ground

Everytime I go to this 7-11 they are extremely rude, especially the men that work the registers. They fountain drinks are never fully stocked, and the staff refuses to do things that they should be doing. For example, I did a retail cash out option from the VA Lottery app, all the cashier had to do was scan the bar code, and BOTH of the staff members on duty refused to even try it. This location needs either a training on customer service OR to be completely restaffed! I will be reaching out to corporate!

I was so excited to have the seven eleven on my way to work but this is the worse gas station and seven eleven. There is never paper available for receipt the store is a mess is not clean or empty shelf. Feels unsafe so no I won’t stop by again.

I would never stop here. I pulled up today because it was close to my location. There were people hanging around outside as if they were waiting on me to get out of my car so they could beg. I had a child with me and wouldn’t dare. Not only that but the gas was $.92 higher than Wawa.

Unsafe, be careful, pumped Gas a couple times, the printer at the pumps doesn't work forcing you to get inside, unfortunately this place is full of homeless, drunks etc.It's not a safest option especially at night.

Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating. Keep on driving and go to another store like Wawa that actually cares about customers and provides a safe and friendly place in exchange for the high convenience store prices.My elderly neighbors are afraid to go to this location due constant vagrants sometimes almost demanding rather than asking for money. It's obvious what they use it for as they congregate on the side of the store drinking and smoking up their charity. I know for a fact that PWC police will respond when called upon but nobody does. The employees are also mostly all rude, arrogant and unable to do the job. They don't even know how to use the reward points. Be careful, you might just lose them when you try to use them as I have!Please do not further insult me as a customer by sending the generic 7-11 response! If I have not already given enough information and explained the problem in detail then I must assume you are on par with the store employees and won't waste my time.

If there were less then 1 star I would give it even not worth 1 star . Rude cashiers not greetings at all and I needed one more cup didn’t give me .I always get empty cup free from other 7-Eleven it s close to my work place but I don’t want to west my time to there again

Very rude. I was buying a coffee and I had creamers in my hand and I was told I could not take the creamers we paid for those. . Excuse me I’m paying for my coffee. I put it down and left . I don’t need to buy my coffee there

I gave one star cause there’s no such a thing as zero star. I live less than a mile from this place. Usually stop by at night after work to get snacks. Rudest cashiers I’ve ever seen in any 7/11. It’s not really hard to hire decent employees. This says a lot about the business and the owner.

Employees are very rude. Tried to buy stuff with my phone. It didn't work. When i asked why a card works buy the phone doesn't they were extremely rude and told me it is what it is they trying to get it fixed. I said yall been open for over a month and this never worked. They tried to tell me it did so i did it 3 times in front of what I assume was the manager. He also made a show of writing down my license plate. Dunno why
