i actually kind of like this 7-eleven i often go there for soda and i haven't really had any negative experiences there still only giving it four stars because it isn't really a perfect place, but it's nice

What a horrible store. Waiting in line 20 min and refuses to sell me a propane tank because he is by himself. A transaction that will take 2 minutes and on top of it he called the police and starting to say that I’m trying to rob him. Be careful when you do business here.

$16 for wigs ... i went on the website it was $5 ... guy was aggressive calling me cheap for not paying $16 for something that was set price of $5 ... i ended up leaving it behind he kept trying to push that i pay and got angry when i said no ty ill leave this behind... likes to talk under his breath... dont go here

This place will always try to steal from you by charging you with the bags. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. they are so desperate that will charge you extra for any little thing. My husband told the Pakistán lady to take her bag and Said no, then told her he would return everything and simply pay with debit card since he initially paid with cash, she said no that he should go to a different store to buy his items. She denied to sell my husband his items and told him to go away. Worst 7-eleven ever.

I give it a 0 this Indian cashier he a man he was tell this guy he couldn’t bring a dog inside the store but in the door it say service dog and the dog was service then I was paying for my stuff my card wasn’t working and he was so rude to me he was like “your holding my line hurry up it’s busy” I get that it’s got busy but it’s not my fault that my card wasn’t working you guys really need replace this cashier he has a whole attitude for no reason and he not a man for treating a woman bad😐 yall need fix your service

While shopping, the cashier stopped while helping another customer & screamed at us that “backpacks are not allowed” and told me to leave my purse at the counter or take it out of the store. I suggest no one else shop here.

Hello all!!
This place has got to be the worst 7-Eleven convenience store there is in the Prince william county area. The store worker is rude and has a problem with anyone who enters the store. They do not care about customer service, the food is old and the place is not clean. I would skip this 7-Eleven and move on to the next one.

I rarely give bad reviews. This time I have too. Just went into this location used my rewards to purchase a big gulp. How many pizzas have I purchased from you? How many big gulps still haven't got my 8th one free because I use phone number not the app because it is giving me sign in problem. The guy told me to get off his property after I went out front sat down my purse took a drink. The cameras started making loud siren noices. I went back inside asked him why he said " it's because we have signs say no trespassing" How can a paying customer trespass? I have the proof when you look up the phone number I use for my rewards how much money I have given y'all. Not cool!!! I'm tired of being judged based on my skin color not the same as your country. It's so sad that women go through this when they advocate about the false advertising of signs not taken down on promotion you still are advertising. Then you retaliate when I take photos and say I'm trespassing trespassing and make the sirens go off to use against me because you say your going to call the Police. Why? Why call police and lie and use cameras that have no audio. I have my video and pictures and my rewards to prove how much money I gave you. Always give other bussiness 5 stars. Why? Because I am a people person. # universal love

This 7-11 is trash and the cashier is dirty as hell. He's always chewing something that makes his teeth and gums look red. He's also rude as hell and zero customer service. He's on the phone every time I go in and yelling at someone. And I'm pretty sure this is the store that caused my debit card to be compromised and had fraudulent purchases on it.
