I was trying to get half and half for my coffee but it dropped all over my paints and floor. The line wasn't clear or the line open place wasn't cut properly. It is 7 eleven duty to make sure it is clean and working properly. Instead of saying sorry the lady who was working was annoyed that it dropped on floor not caring that it ruined my pant. Definitely not going to that store.

Denied my both my 4yr old boys from using the bathroom. I filled up gas and bought $50 worth of stuff. Nairim the employee there stated everyone drives, go to a bigger like wawa, or complain to corporate.

They won’t let paying customers use their bathrooms. I filled up with gas and was going to stock up for the road, but she wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. I wish I didn’t get gas here. I’m starting to get really turned off with 7-11. Maryland and Virginia have really bad 7-11’s. Well, pretty much all northern 7-11. In Florida, most of them are nice and clean and the food is amazing. This one was horrible. Why doesn’t corporate do something about this? You’re ruining the whole brand and you don’t seem to care.

NOT SAFE. Avoid this gas station at all costs. Wife an I had to stop here while traveling last week. We went to return to our car and someone approached us from the side of the gas station. He started yelling at me loudly in Spanish and proceeded to show me a magazine for a handgun that he had in his pocket. Thankfully I was able to get away before anything more serious happened.

I went to this 7-11 and wanted to get $25 worth of gas I put my card in and my password then it tells me to see the cashier at this point I did not pump any gas whatsoever look at my account and they took $102 out of my checking account. It’s been over 24 hrs and to no avail my money is still being held for no reason I purchased no gas and I’m wondering why they would take all the money I have in my account. No one from 7-11 can give me any answers as to why this happened and at this point I’m ready to take legal action.

Night staff are friendly and they have a better sandwich selection than the other 7-Elevens, but the amount of beggars hanging around the front door are a major deterrent front wanting to go in. I've literally pulled into the parking lot to see a guy sleeping on the sidewalk next to the door.

I don't hesitate to stop at 7-11 if I need something. However, this one is a little different. Sometimes the employees are somewhat pleasant. However, the other times they are just plain gruff.

The incompetent and rude staff at this establishment will stop me from ever going to another 7/11. I will run out of gas and be stranded in the middle of nowhere before I ever step foot into another 7/11. I went to this location very early Monday morning. The lady working, looking to be Hispanic, forced me to leave the establishment because she could not understand English and then got mad at me for it. I did nothing wrong and was just trying to purchase products from behind the counter..

After a long trip we stopped to get gas, then we tried to use the bathroom, I was inside about to relieve myself when the person who runs the place arrived and without even knocking on the door he came and took me out in the most disrespectful way possible. Terrible service. I recommend not stopping at this franchise since the treatment of customers is terrible.

The ambiance was delectable, the shelves were bountiful, our bladders were full, and the bathrooms were… out of service. How are we feeling now you might ask? Well, I’ll tell you. Quite sad and still feeling like we gotta pee.
