I’ve been coming to this 7 eleven very frequently since January. They were one of the only stores around that did the cashapp deposit. Recently, I went on a day that seemed to be one of the days they were getting a truck load. Understandable. As who I’ve met to be the manager had my money in his hand, beginning the process to deposit the money. Proceeded to help the man unloading the truck, telling him where to go, sending him every which way in the store. I asked him many times if he can do my deposit first since he had my money in his hand and also due to the barcode expiring soon. However, he did not pick up pace, and wasted my time. I came in a different day and a workers there that has done the deposit for me multiple times before was working. I didn’t think anything of it, so I asked if he could do it and he said bluntly “no”. Very rude. I asked why not tonight and he said “we’re not doing it tonight”. I said okay and just had a friend do the deposit for me the next day since I would be closing that night. I came in a couple nights later thinking nothing of it again and same answer “we’re not doing it tonight” I asked if it was down or if they just stopped. He said “we don’t do it anymore”. He’s a liar being that someone I know just came in and deposited money for me the same way I’ve done many times before . I’ve come to the conclusion that they’re just not doing my deposit anymore and are lying and saying that it’s down instead of saying they’re refusing service from me or whatever the case may be for whatever reason. All because the manager prioritized the truck load over the customer!!

This place is never busy … I am sure …100% they trying to sale the old once from the day before …
If drive to the other 7 eleven … right down the street … very busy … it is like day and night … you will see … don’t waste your money

This place is never clean ,it has bums hanging around always asking for change,and the cashier lady is very very rude, every time I come in there it's Iike she racial profiling me , I am a very happy individual always , she is very rude and disrespectful, the place smells ,I don't never see her mop or sweep,or clean something needs to be done ASAP,I COME HERE FOR THE CONVENIENCE, ITS AWESOME LOCATION,IM NOT COMING BACK HERE UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE

Keep driving! Don't waste your time or money at this ghetto 7-11 where people are allowed to loiter in the parking lot begging for money so they can buy another 40 and drink it while they smoke a blunt on the side of the building. I deleted my last review because it's not possible to respond to the B.S. generic 7-11 reply. I don't need to go to any other website and explain what the problem is. Ray Charles could see what the problem is! It's not that they don't know, it's that they DON'T CARE!!! I've been a loyAl customer for 50 years but times change and now I'm changing too. I'm going to go the extra couple miles to Wawa where they actually care about the customer experience and spend my thousands of dollars per year there instead. Unless you have something intelligent to say don't waste our time with a reply 7-11!!!

I went one Morning around 6 am in the morning . Buy a coffee and 5 pieces of hat chicken from your hat box . After about 15 intense minutes, what a desappoiment, not to mention that she's had previously bought 5 pieces, the woman who works there lacks professionalism, l don't know how they can here people like that, she severed clients vulgarly. I will never go back Again....!

Drinks are not too cold the food sucks the people that are behind the counter don't even speak a word of English and don't give a damn about getting to the register to check you out. At this location I always make sure the Credit card machine ain't fake because I always believe that they're gonna steal from me

Rude staff, they lie about their machines being down because they’re too lazy to help guests with Uber cards. They steal money, and they pretend they can’t speak English in order to avoid their responsibility, don’t go here

Horrible customer service. The older Indian gentleman never speaks to the customers, even when you initiate saying hello first. He rings up your items and then leaves them for you to bag. Only time I heard him speak back to someone is when is when they are speaking his language. This has happened multiple times, I won’t ever go back there again. There are plenty of other stores who appreciate customers who don’t necessarily look like them.

Every time I come to this 7-11 I'm harassed by druggies/homeless people. I'm not against helping others I donate all the time, but most of the time I'm with my children and they can be super aggressive. I've said something to the employees several times and they act like they don't care . I don't feel safe coming here and do not recommend anyone else to especially at night or alone .

I really don’t like visiting this location. There’s always people hanging out near the entrance of the store. They’re always begging for money. I just want to go in, make a purchase, the leave quickly but with sketchy individuals always standing around, I don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore.

Terrible service. Cashier was sitting in an office chair the entire transaction. She wouldn’t speak a word to me even when I said hello asked if I had to bag myself and then asked her if she spoke. Bags were literally tied to the display by the registers and customers had to bag their own items. Disgusted in how I was treated they seem to abuse their location to drive business rather than actual good customer service. Store is always disgusting with no one ever seen cleaning refrigerators are misaligned out of order and temperatures are not cold across. 1:5 of the might be cold. I would rate lower than one star if I could.
