He's a car wizard -- the kind of old-school mechanic that can find and fixing small parts that have failed, rather than just dropping in an expensive multi-part assembly, like most shops would do. He's also completely honest, never suggests anything unnecessary. A true gem. My family and I have relied on Buddy for many, many years, and I can't even guess at how much money he's saved us.

This is the best mechanic in northern Virginia.i take my two trucks here and Buddy is able to fix them every time. He never charges more than the jobs should cost and never tries to sell me extras. Very honest mechanic! Me and my wife absolutely love coming here to see the dogs also.

Took my Rogue here for brake pad replacement. Upon entering felt like I was among friends. Buddy had my brakes done in a couple hours. With a very reasonable price. Will def. use A&M Auto Repair and will ask for Buddy every time.

Have been going here for over 20 years, Buddy is a great mechanic but is even a better person. I trust him completely! He has worked on several cars over those years. Too many to list, including business vehicles. He has always been there when I needed him most, especially when we needed work done on the business vehicles to keep us going. Can't recmend anyone anyone else but Buddy.

I took my car to the dealership after it decided to die. The list of things they said needed to be repaired, and the prices were insane. I took the car to A&M and most of what the dealership said I needed to have done didn’t need to be done. What did need to be done, was done for much less than the dealership wanted. It’s so refreshing to know there are honest auto repair shops still! Thank you! I can’t recommend Buddy enough!

Buddy does excellent work, is extremely knowledgeable, charges a fair price, and will not sell you what you don't need. This is a place where you can say, “Does this vehicle need any other work?†and trust that the answer will be honest.

I always take my vehicles to this shop! They have done major work as far as installation for my engine and for my transmission. Won't take my card anywhere else!
