!!!!!We dropped off our dealership’s car for a client, and what we experienced was beyond unacceptable. While we were simply trying to reach the customer for payment, the guy in the store decided to yell at our employees out of nowhere, completely unprovoked and totally unprofessional.
Let me be very clear:
If you don’t know how to speak to people, if you lack basic manners, and if you can’t control your temper, you should not be dealing with customers. Go find another job. Customers are not your children, and you don’t get to scream at people just because you’re frustrated or incompetent.
This place has zero professionalism, zero respect, and clearly zero understanding of customer service.
One star is generous they honestly don’t deserve even

Yall need to reconsider the rejection check up.
Its highly unfair to wait in line for 2 hours just to have one thing been checked for inspection.
Do better be better. Shame on y'all

I don’t recommend this shop for no one. This shop is the worst shop in the area I took my car for inspection I checked all lights before I go there all was functional had no issues one Sudan three lights was not working I don't know how did it happen they asked me to repair them $150 l said I can go and fix it cheaper somewhere else when went to mechanic they didn't know what to be fixed the parts name was not addressed professionally just like corner light something like that Auto zone, Advance Auto parts and O' Rally didn't understand the parts needed all because this shop want confuse you and charge you what ever they want.
But the car dealerships in area just drop their cars and finish it with a blink of an eye but for others just as long as they want

Got a State Inspection, they failed me because my turn signals were too white but they don’t sell amber ones for my car. Was told back brakes were bad but when I took them off they were fine. Don’t understand why there would put things on the list that wasn’t true. Money Hungry Liars.

After a couple of times, I found out they just want to make money failing you on inspection etc .. They told me, the power steering is leaking and bottle was full, if it's leaking why is the bottle full? They told the same thing to a family member, they gave me an estimate and offer to do the job, Just to clean the oil... $100. And about $500. to fix the leakage that doesn't exist 🤦🏻. I don't recommend this place...

I will not question the character of the people who worked at the shop, but I will say that in my experience I was very dishonestly treated. I took my Acura MDX with 38,000 miles on it in for an inspection, and I was told I had an issue with one of my brake pads immediately on starting the inspection. This felt very dishonest, as my car is almost brand new. My wife drives it to work. When I questioned it, I was told that it was his responsibility and that I could have the work done at his shop or someone else if I would like. I took my car the very next day to my dealer, who showed me the status of my brakes and stated there was no reason for the guy to fail my inspection, he recommended I call the state police. I’m weighing as to do that right now. I don’t know if these guys here are all hard-working, salt of the earth people, but this was my experience. It truly felt like they saw a man with a decent car and thought they could easily get some brake work money off of me. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt, and will not say that this is how they treat every customer, but I feel I’d be remiss if I never said anything about this to anyone in a word of caution before choosing the shop. I feel that is fair, the owners of the shop can feel free to contact me to discuss.

This shop has gone downhill. Safety Inspection - I was charged $5 for a license plate bulb and $15 for labor WITHOUT authorizing the work. I received 2 missed calls and returned them within 5 minutes - and was told my car was ready. No mention of the bulb or anything… I’m honestly very skeptical that the bulb was even out.
I get that a lot of people would gladly pay the $20 for a $2 bulb out of convenience, but being forced to pay it without a heads up is pretty shady. After 10 years I’ll be looking elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.

Before arriving at this mechanic, I had called ahead for a bunch of “preferred mechanics” under my warranty company and was confirmed by this one in particular that they were able to fix/replace my transmission. I had to be at work later that day and needed to drop off my car so I arrived 30 min before opening so I could try and be first in line for the day. Cars started to line up and wrap around the entrance of the store, all waiting for their inspections and about 40 min after opening, about an hour of waiting for me personally, a mechanic finally showed up. Keep in mind that this was on a Saturday, if that is any consolation. When I was finally let inside the shop, waiting again for them to do their opening tasks, I then explained what service it was I was looking for and if they could confirm what I suspect is the issue, then follow through on the steps of fixing my suspicions. I explained that I had a warranty and either I was miscommunicating, or it was something the mechanic was unfamiliar with, but it seemed like the mechanic would rather not oblige my request for simply “not knowing how to do it”. We walked through it together, since this was also my first time doing any of that myself, and once I felt confident that my concerns were addressed and steps were made to move forward, I left my car there while I went off to work. I got a call back later stating that the issue was not in fact my transmission but rather a cracked “flywheel” and that they would need to take out my transmission in order to get to that part. I was quoted ~$2,000 for of course labor while the part itself was something as benign as around ~$100-$150.
Again, I came to them to get a second opinion on my first diagnosis and to hopefully not have to come out of pocket for what I know is a very expensive repair. I was told by the mechanic about a problem that was completely separate from what I had initially been diagnosed with and so did not trust that they had my best interest. Again, it was already a thing that after calling ahead to ask if they worked with warranty, struggling to get through with that process in store, already showing up late for the day, and then being diagnosed something that, from my understanding, would require removing a transmission in order to fix - and yet being diagnosed with needing to replace it after getting a call not even 2 hours after leaving - was frustrating and suspicious. I called my trusted mechanic and was told that my car wouldn’t be sounding the way it did from a cracked flywheel and instead to just go to a dealership to finally get things diagnosed.
I’m leaving a review for anyone under SilverRock warranty, CarvanaCare, and is looking for a trusted mechanic here. I do not trust coming here for any other repair than a standard oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I do not believe most preferred mechanics under my warranty are to be trusted and it would just be best to pay the deductible at a non-preferred mechanic than waste more time and potentially be quoted something incorrectly - which my car is now in the process of getting a new transmission and even the mechanic at the dealership agreed that I was misdiagnosed when I mentioned checking a cracked flywheel.
As far as I know, I was misdiagnosed and would have to come steeply out of pocket for it, the mechanics were not familiar working with warranty, and arrived late for the day, so overall I would rate my experience a ⅗.

Was once a good customer but had a bad experience, but would reconsider using this shop again unable to correctly Diagnostics coolant leak was told it was the radiator paid for the service went back the next day because the car was still leaking and then they say it was the water pump my advice is to stay away not a good shop like it was in the past. Update will be filing a negligent repair lawsuit
