Been here a couple times and never had an issue with staff. Employees have always been professional and helpful even when they didn't have the part.

I did ordered a part from this place the guy told me your order it will be in tomorrow by noon the next day i went to pick up my order and the same guy said come back within an hour after an hour said the something two or three times i did waste all day i m very disappointed no service no communicationStore # 4151

Just came to adavance auto parts and ask for Ryan to help me out with car. He help me get the right plugs I had bought from another advance auto. He did awesome costomer serivce into puto the clips on to make sure I had the right ones because I extra. Thank you Ryan. Also, been this store before all staff are very professional. Thank you.

Just had front door customer representative, Wesley, go out of his way to assist my issue. I couldn't figure out how to replace a driver's side wiper that I purchased somewhere else. No questions asked and said, "Let's see how I can help?". He installed it in 1 min and I was out. I am very grateful for his assistance. Thank you very much and I will definitely be coming to this store for parts.

I came by to dropped some package for returning and ended having the best customer service and took advantage of getting some batteries for my key remote control (Alessandro) kindly changed the batteries helped me getting out my big package from my trunk with a heavy rainy day! Then l needed to have my shipping label print but l was not aware l usually just have them scanned from my phone Manager Byron kindly help me resolving this issue! Thank you very much for your great customer service

Customer service is supreme.Very tentative to details and helpful when servicing battery exchanges, headlight ans do forth.I recommend them very highly because they deliver online and in person results.Thank you teamwork for anyone's DreamWorks...no pun intended..

These people don't have nay customer service. I placed an online order which was placed in 3 different orders. They couldn't locate the 3rd order which was placed for pickup at noon and I went to pickup at 3pm. For 45min the manager/supervisor with curly hair and glasses wasted my time and said i have to call customer service and stuff. I asked them to call since its their fault they can't locate my order. I received confirmation email and charges were charged on my CC and she still didn't give me my items. She walked away while I dialed the number and on call customer service center said they could locate the order and wanted to talk to someone at store. I was left at empty counter and when I asked the guy with short hair and beats on it, he was sarcastic enough to stare at me instead of calling someone to help me. While this stupid @$$ stared at me she was seen and he said "there she is". I said thanks and he said something stupid in reply and he and customer in front if him started laughing. I wasn't having it and ignore this idiot low life moron.Lady came and I told her customer service wants to talk to someone in store and rudely she said "well you got the order# so give it to them"Long story short, they told her to give me the item as they can locate the order on their end. Lastly i was given my order after 45min wait which was supposed to be in and out kinda deal. No apologies or anything was offered from this moron and she walked away. If she really is a manager she should wear a name badge so we can know who to complaint. No one has name tag so no one can identify anyone with names. All these people need training. I have always supported local business specially after covid but looks like I'm going back to online retailers like rockauto and amazon. Advance auto parts has lost another elite member customer after this terrible experience.
