AJ was extremely great. Managed to help several customers at a time and had great customer service. Her was helpful, friendly and nice. I enjoyed my experience while shopping and she helped me find 5 new pairs of shoes.

I recently visited ALDO a bit overwhelmed I must say, looking for a gift for my wife. Coming in I was greeted with a warm smile from Kaeley as she welcomed me to the store. She took the time to help me pick out the perfect pair of shoes for my wife and even a few accessories that my wife ended up loving along with the shoes! Thank you for the expert advice and making the experience exceptional.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having AJ, Tatiana, and Valerie. They really took the time out of their day to make sure I picked the perfect shoes for a party I was attending. They were very informative on recent sales, and made sure I got what I wanted. I hardly shop there, but their patience and work ethic, has made me want to go back! Great service and teammwork!

Top-notch customer service. I voiced concern over the state of one of the shoes I was purchasing, and the nice woman who was helping me, Hilda, was super helpful and reassuring. She explained to me how their shoe care works and I'm happy to say that it's been very effective in keeping them well-preserved. Definitely will be returning!

Even though I was shopping at the last minute, Ms. Hilda really helped me choose my shoes, and I received the best customer care I have ever experienced at Aldo. She truly saves lives. And she is 10/10.

I made an online purchase, and I went to this store to return the shoes, I am not sure if the girl that “helped me” was the manager or not, but she didn’t want to process the return- refund, she said that they are not allowed to take online returns, that it has to be by mail. I told her that I returned shoes in that store before and I never got an issue, and I even show her the return/refund policy from the Aldo website, and she still declined to do it. I called customer service they said the store should’ve received this order and processed the refund for me. So she just didn’t want to do it, and now I have to pay to return it by mail bc I don’t have an Aldo acct, or go to another store that it would be farther and use more gas for it.
So inconvenient and horrible customer service. This doesn’t even motivate me to have an Aldo acct and to ever purchase any shoes from them.
