I’ve been coming to this salon for the last several years. But, I must say that the quality of services have change. They are constantly changing the products without being up front with it. The manager is unable to explain the cleaning process when asked about recent changes and concerns for public health. My lashes aren’t even making to my two week refill appointments!!! So disappointed in these changes and saddening because I love the work of my lash tech… this is my lashes and it’s not even been 2 weeks! As you can see I have areas where ALL the lashes have fallen out…

The staff they don’t know what they’re doing when I try to change my appointment. They charge me $50 and don’t cancel. I just wanna change the date and they still charge me $50 that’s not right. That’s not good customer service.
