We have been purchasing products from Appliance Connection in Woodbridge for over 20 years. We recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher. Their service continues to be impeccable. The dishwasher was purchased at a fair price and the dishwasher was installed the next day.
Melanie provided excellent sales support and quickly resolved any concerns. The installers are superior and are very knowledgeable. John is one of the most knowledgeable installers we have had and he received excellent assistance from Kevin.

We were in need of a new refrigerator and wanted to pick up a new induction stove. Shopped online with the big box retailers but decided to try this local owned business. Prices were competitive. Our biggest issue is that for deliver, the fridge had to go up a flight of stairs, and remove the old one. Applicable Connection had no problem handling this delivery for us. My neighbor who ordered from the blue national home improvement store, well they would not take the fridge up the stairs for them. Delivery people were very nice and professional and made short order of the delivery and set up. They walked us through the use of the appliances and then left. Great service, wish I had used Appliance Connection in the past, but will certainly use them for all of our future appliance needs.

This review is 100% for the top notch service I received from Melanie. I seem to be having terrible luck with dishwashers lately, beginning with my GE dishwasher of 15 years puttering out from old age. We purchased a new GE, and by no fault of Appliance Connection, ended up with a lemon that broke twice within the first month. Melanie was so kind and responsive to every email offering wise counsel as we worked with GE repair to resolve the issue.Eventually we gave up on it and ended up with a Bosch. Again, not Appliance Connection’s fault as I believed Bosch to be a great brand from outside reviews, but this one broke within the first 2 months. Anyway, moral: buy from Melanie if you want great service. Steer clear of GE and Bosch if you want a reliable dishwasher. Also shoutout to their very friendly and efficient delivery service!

Mr. Doverman greeted us and directed us to the dishwashers. I showed him the one I had seen online with a good rating and price. He took care of ordering it and the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Very pleased - hopefully my choice will be a good one.

I came home from Thanksgiving to find my refrigerator/freezer totally out. Monday afternoon the Sears service said it would cost $1950 to repair an eight year old unit. I called Appliance Connection that evening and Marty did ALL of the research that I normally would have had to do myself, on a 33 inch black replacement. I only had three options and Marty shared why the GE in stainless was my best option!!! He then worked his magic and had it delivered the very next day!!!Turns out when I called Appliance Connection, Marty the owner was the one that picked up the phone!!! Love love love this place! I don’t give many reviews good or bad, but the customer service here was was exceptional and worth sharing. I came in because there used to be a business here that sold parts for appliances. This business is not in business for that purpose. I wish I asked their names, but the person in the show room looked at the part I needed. he said their repair technician would be there soon and maybe he could help me. The repair guy showed up he found me a used part in the backbecause this place does sell used appliances. He let me take the part to see if it worked, He didn’t charge me for it and told me if it worked to come back and pay for the part. The part worked. I didn’t have to worry about ordering something that may or may not fit. I fixed my refrigerator that day. My food was safe. While I was waiting, I looked at prices and they have really good prices. I saw some of the more modern washer and dryer, combos and they were less than a brand new one if you just bought one unit. The experience was awesome. It made my day. So thank you for your customer service and attention just to help someone. What what a great business and helpful group of people for our community. Mike

Was able to find the exact vent hood insert that I needed at prices better than Amazon. Great service and fast delivery. They were easy to do business with and would buy again.
