The lady who runs the Hedges Run Woodbridge VA complex is AMAZING. She is such a kind hearted helpful person. Honestly her talents belong in a much higher customer relations job. Nobody likes paying so much for storing their stuff, most people think it's overpriced, but she simply has a way of making people feel good about using extra space above several closer competing companies. I cannot say enough about her! Extra Space take care of her, she makes your company look excellent! Obviously I have not used her name on purpose because this is a public review.

Ordering a storage space was EZ-PZ! From info gathering to accessing and securing my space was a breeze. Nena was helpful, courteous and professional. A pleasure!

I've had a rough few months and Nina has always been patient and kind. Very well mannered and toned and available to answer all questions and to help. She's a bright soul and I hope she stays around for awhile. A nice refreshing face

Raised fee by 30%, which forced me out. Yet advertises move in rate what I was previously paying. When I asked why such a drastic and increase was told it was the going rate in the area. Found multiple locations within 5 miles radius same or similar units at previous rate. Am now paying less @ new location.

Increase my rent without the proper 30 day notice that’s mentioned in the Virginia statue. Was told by Nina that my rates would never change.
