Got a new phone yesterday at the AT&T store (24Ultra). Went in today to turn in my old phone. Happy with the purchase, wish I could remember the employee names off the top of my head, but my brain has been running on fumes lately. 2nd time going here for service, overall a good service.

I went in to replace my screen protector want was told by a lady whose name starts with a N that they don’t do that, I have the AT&T branded one with lifetime replacement but said that they stopped doing that in January when I had just replaced it a month and a half prior at a different location without a problem, won’t be going here for any of my needs

Stop by this AT&T store to purchase a cell phone immediately because I couldn't stand the service from Verizon. Although I received a great deal from Verizon I couldn't stand the service. Nadezhda provided excellent in-store service instead of going through the trouble of ordering the phone online. She gave me a good deal which also came with a smart watch and made the experience and process quick. Glad to be back with AT&T, I believe the network is awesome and one the fastest especially being a previous customer and having service with other companies in the past.

Their customer service is awesome, much appreciated! Thank you At&t. Great selection, starting fom phones, ear buds, charging devices, cord or wireless. I am able to connect with my family and be able to call from remote areas. HD streaming is a bonus.
