My car was having trouble starting recently. I was worried it would not start at the end of the day when parked at work. I drove to this location and asked for assistance with testing and ultimately purchasing a new battery. I was greeted when I stepped in. I was shown a recommend battery list. The gentleman that helped me was quick to replace it and very polite & professional. Thanks so much!

Everytime I come to this location I have an amazing experience. My first time coming i was assisted by James who was extremely professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my car needs were met. Not only did he make sure i had the correct parts but he also installed them quick and accurately. I came to this location for the second time around April 2nd and was assisted by Rob (Donut) & Antonio. They also went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met and that I had the correct parts. Rob with the assistance of Antonio also installed my wipers and lights. Rob also had me check after the install to ensure everything was working correctly before pulling off. I really couldn't have had a greater experience than what I've had at this location. You all are blessed to have the three of them as employees!! I will for sure return to this location anytime I need parts based off of the customer service alone. Keep up the amazing team work & superb customer service fellas.

The staff at this location is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and excellent. Mr. James always arises to the occasion and goes above the expectation. He is respectful, polite- yet treats you like family. The management and staff has this place dialed in to a T. Best autozone experience I’ve ever had- they have earned a customer for as long I live in the 571 area!

I went to the Woodbridge auto zone. In a panic I needed a part for my window that had just broken on me and it was going to rain. I was frantic because I know nothing about cars nor car parts. I had the pleasure of meeting James and he was a great employee with awesome customer service. My husband is a hotel manager, so customer service is something we always pay attention to. I was very thankful that James was there that day and able to help me with all of the questions I had. I hope to see James move up the chain in auto zone, as he is the reason I will only go to this auto zone as long as he’s an employee.

Went to the store on Old Bridge Road, Woodbridge, VA. Susan helped us, and she was a star! She took care of our problem quickly and expertly. PLUS she told us how to fix other problems. How Autozone finds mechanical experts like Susan who ALSO deliver great customer service I don't know.... but keep it up!! Your people are head and shoulders above all others. Thanks!!!
