Israel went above and beyond! He worked on my car and stayed late to help me get my car started. He never gave up and I made it home safe. I will be going back to get help from Israel. He deserves a raise and Its nice to come across someone who cares and goes the extra miles! Way to Go Israel! You are #1 and the best Auto zone employee! Popped in to get a new bulb before closing. Harold walked me thru the process and showed me an easy to change the bulb myself. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely do business here from now on

Thankfully, Advance Auto is literally right across the street. I walked into this AutoZone at 13952 Jefferson Davis Hwy at 4:30 PM on Thursday, July 11 2024. I took my purchase up to the counter behind 2 gentlemen in line. The first customer was being served while 3 other employees chatted amongst themselves at the farthest register. After waiting several minutes, I asked them, "Would one of you please come sell us this stuff?" They looked over at us, said nothing, turned away, and continued their conversation. So I turned away, left my purchase on the counter, and went to Advance Auto. There, 3 folks were eager to take my money. In retrospect, I should have known what to expect before I walked into this AutoZone. The parking lot was full of trash, including empty boxes, bottles and litter. I wish I would have never walked into this store.

Bought two batteries, and had to return one because it was the wrong size, one battery was a regular battery the other one was an aux battery, I had to return one battery because it was to big , then I had buy extra screws for the aux battery because it was the wrong battery and the team members did not want to help me out , neither did they want to help me
