Wanted to write about a great experience with the manager, Brenda Del Cid.My truck was totaled in an accident and my insurance company paid off the auto loan I had with Truist. However, I never received an official letter or final statement from Truist that the loan was paid off. After an hour talking with customer service from their 800 number, I got absolutely nowhere. The rep said they couldn't send me a payoff letter...because the insurance company paid off the loan. All they could send was a letter of how much interest I paid last year. That made no sense to me.So I walked into this branch on a random weekday and Brenda helped me. She spend probably 20 minutes researching my loan account and couldn't find the final statement, payoff letter, etc... It was never created by Truist. Very odd. She called the internal help desk, explained the situation and got the ball rolling on getting the paperwork corrected. She gave me her business card and offered to follow up with me later. A couple weeks later, a payoff letter showed up from Truist in the mail.I really appreciated the help she gave me with tackling an unusual problem and getting to the bottom of it. Thanks Brenda! :)

Otman this one is for you all I did was asked why my ID was need to make a deposit in my account. Otman was rude & unprofessional still never answering the question to why my ID was needed Discrimination is what this is called. I’ve been with Truist since they were Bb&t & have never been asked to see my ID if I have my bank card. One star for you Otman you deserve zero. The one was needed to leave the review ✊?

My friend is leaving the country for an extended period and wants to add me to her EXISTING account. These branches all close at 5pm and we've tried for weeks to get there in time. Today we arrived just minutes short of 5pm and told Curtis who greeted us what we needed. He immediately looked at the clock and said we'd have to come back when they were open. When I protested that they were not open at any time a working person could get inside he asked us to sit down and took our identification cards. When Curtis learned he would need to make a profile for me since I had never banked with them he said it was closing time and gave us back our IDs. This is NOT customer service. This is NOT taking care of your long-time client. I will never bank with this institution. My friend and I will both go elsewhere.

Kelly helped me a few months ago with setting up both of my new accounts- business and personal. I had plenty of questions and she was very patient with explaining the process to me, not to mention she is one of the sweetest people I know. Her team is awesome- great customer service and very knowledgable. Highly recommend!

WORST bank ever! I went to deposit money and there was literally ONE EMPLOYEE working there on 2/4/22 and the service took so long that they made me LATE FOR WORK! A very incompetent bank. I’m transferring all my money to a completely different one because of their horrible service.

They probably should go ahead and close down this one indefinitely. They’re always randomly closing at super inconvenient hours, like today. Waste of time
