No one's has any idea what there job is. Bought a TV with no power cord of course they sold me the wrong one. It's all good I will go to Amazon Best Buy want be around long!!!!

Great customer service by all team members! I especially appreciate the young man who is the Dell rep there, that assisted me with my purchase of a new laptop. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient going over all the different specs for several models to ensure I made the best decision for my needs. Additionally, Marvin was very friendly and helpful. He is very attentive to the customer’s needs and explaining benefits of their technology packages offered. He went above and beyond with providing exceptional customer service. Thank you all very much!

I went to buy a phone. They have a lot of choices. I got a new phone from Google Pixel. It is amazing and easy to use. It is my first experience with g.pixel. The picture is very clear and I can edit it too, I love it.

This location had the breville juicer that I needed to ,actually they had other attachments that I need for my vitamix blender so I will definitely be back for another purchase and good service coming from Arlington Virginia it was worth it

I went to my local best buy to find another t v antenna. I have not had any form of paid t v in over five years. Usually when I walk in the door I'm greeted. The person at the door was busy with several other people, But my visit went down from there. I had no idea where to find TV antenna so I wandered through the store hoping someone would help me but that didn't happen. I found my way to the tv antennas and still no customer service. The selection was minimal so it didn't take much time to make a decision. I walk towards the cashier area and not finding a soul in the area. I didn't wait too long and a couple of employees came along discussing something. One of them started the purchase. I said my pardons and asked if Best Buy offers Military discounts and she said no. She completed the sale, handed me the receipt and walked away from the coumter. I picked up the box and put the receipt in my purse and walked out the door.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer service I experienced at the Best Buy store in Woodbridge, Virginia, on 02/03/2024. I visited the store with the intention of making a purchase in the car audio department. Despite waiting for approximately 45 minutes, I did not receive any assistance from any of the employees. Several employees walked by and inquired if I had been helped, but when I responded "no yet", they attempted to summon assistance via radio without success. As a result of this frustrating experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere.I kindly request that someone from the corporate office contact me to provide a satisfactory explanation for the lack of assistance I encountered during my visit. Until I receive a satisfactory response, I will not be returning to this particular Best Buy location.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Knowable staff however the only time they have enough employees is during the holidays. I dreed coming here for returns or pick ups due to there lack of hiring.Other than that the place is usually stocked well.

Absolutely horrible experience, will be filling complaint with corporate. This store has nothing in stock, all staff are incompetent. Can't keep records up to date, can't find stock. I placed an order online, bc they said the product was in stock. This is not my store, I had to drive a long way to get there, they make me stand around for an hour while they look for an IPad. You're telling me you can't find a $800 item? How are you losing track of such expensive items? The manager told me I should expect them to not be compentent enough to have items listed accurately and staff that can find them. Instead of offering anything to make up for the inconvenience she just lectured me. If you inconvenience customers and you want to keep them, apologize, don't make excuses and offer some token of apology like a coupon or anything to show you care about your customers! I won't buy from companies that don't value my time.
