***Update 6/17/2025***
I do not recommend. I have had three deliveries due to the appliances not working. The last time they told me I needed to pay another delivery fee but as a courtesy waived it. I got the washer and dryer delivered. Unfortunately the dryer does not work. It starts and after 7-10 minutes it completes the load although it is still damp, damn near wet because it has just been thrown in there. I have not reached out to them bc at this point I feel like im going to have to pay another fee to get another piece of garbage. Please don't waste your time or money!!!!!
I purchased a washer and dryer set with Abdul via Facebook Marketplace and he responded quickly and was very helpful. The set was nice but the washer was leaking. I messaged Abdul and he arranged for a replacement to be delivered rather quickly. Unfortunately, I was not happy with this replacement, it was dirty and had like blue melted ink from like a crayon. Again, I messaged Abdul (he was probably sick of me) and he offered for me to come in and pick a new set out AND as a courtesy I would get free delivery. I came in and picked out a set which was about $140 more. They offered me a discount and told me I can pay $75, I was excited! When it was time to set up delivery they told me not to worry about the extra $75!! I am so grateful they were willing to work with me and were extremely patient! I would definitely recommend and come back if I need any other appliances.

Horrible service. The owner is very aggressive and doesn’t take responsibility when something doesn’t work. I bought a dishwasher and supposedly is was new but when I came to try to it didn’t want to work like a dishwasher supposed to. I did everything correctly but it didn’t work at all and he claimed that it was new and it was functioning well. He said he couldn’t return the money for it but why would he claim it’s brand new? I don’t recommend this place to anyone stay away from it because you might get scammed and get something that doesn’t work.

Awful service and quality. Our washer broke the day after we bought it. A technician came to work on it, but he didn’t fix the issue. When calling about the washer still not working, they kept saying that the washer was never broken. They overcharged us $50 when we bought it. It was a hassle getting a refund, and they were only rude and unhelpful. We ended up buying new from Home Depot.

A+++++ customer care!! Highly recommend. We have now purchased twice from them. First a washer, then a dryer a few months later! They are committed to offering reasonable affordable pricing and helping every customer. They respond to messages almost instantly. There was a small issue with dryer once we got it home and installed and they were out next day to immediately remedy. No waiting! Super friendly & knowledgable. Not pushy, like other appliance stores. They listen and want to find you what YOU want, not try to sell you something else just to make a sale. Can’t say enough good things about them. They are the best! Super happy.☺️☺️

I don’t write a lot of reviews but they were so bad that I feel obliged to let you know so you don’t. Supposedly they had a built in microwave that I needed. When I got to the store they said they had no idea who I spoke to as they have “a huge social media communications team.” In short, useless and provided no help. They didn’t have what they said they did and had no alternatives either. Don’t waste your time.

We didn’t purchase from them, as we have been 20+ year members to Costco. It seems they have decent well rated industry product (washers and dryers) at competitive prices. I write to recommend Mohammad. He was more than thorough and went way above the job to provide needed information. He seemed to care about our situation and needs to get a great practical value. The Maytag pic here may still be available. I recommend this gentleman. You just know from one sales rep to the next about those that care about service. Great job Mohammad. If another need comes up, we’ll stop in.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I wanted to surprise my wife and purchased her a new kitchen set for our first house we bought together… EVERYTHING began to break down and stop working after a few weeks… IT TOOK OVER 20 phones calls to get them to come fix our appliances.. They also CHARGED US to get it fixed.Our refrigerator stopped working THREE TIMES and all of our food went bad. We spent so much money rebuying food for our children.OUR WASHER WE BOUGHT FROM THEM STOPPED WORKING THE FIRST WEEK AND IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO COME REPAIR!!! We could not wash our children’s clothes for school !!! WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WERE BUSY !!!! They are extremely unprofessional, they do not keep their word and they have THE WORST APPLIANCES!!! They look good on the outside but THEY STOP WORKING ALMOST IMMEDIATELY !!!!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Total scammers!! We spent thousands of dollars with them and ALL of our appliances BROKE within a few weeks and AGAIN after a few months. They also make you PAY AGAIN for repairs after their appliances break down. AFTER our appliances broke down for the THIRD time, I was told I could swap out for a new one. TODAY our refrigerator stopped working AGAIN and they are asking for ANOTHER $300. We spent $570 on our original refrigerator.They say one thing to get you to pay them and then they say they never said that !!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!! My husband and I are military and recommended them to our co workers who are ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS. They will be leaving reviews soon !!!

Do not ℹ repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE. TRASH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. ANDit sad because they know they are selling garbage they sold us a washer and dryer set. The washer doesn’t work and we moved outta state when we picked it up. Had faith in these guys. It didn’t work so we paid money to bring it back. And get a new one. Guess what. New one doesn’t work either. ??♀️ I have two small kids and a blue collar husband. We can’t afford to not be having our clothes washed properly! the money I’ve spent I could have bought one brand new. U get what you pay for. Lesson learned I don’t even do a lot of reviews but if I can save a family the trouble mine is going thru then this one did its job.

These guys are just LIARS! They will be nice to you to deceive you until you buy something. They told me the unit I'm buying is fully functional, LIE, it does not even start. They told me they test each unit, LIE, this machine is simply not working, they would see that in a 3-min test. Before buying, I spefically asked them what happens if there is anything wrong with the item. They asked for my address and told me they will come and fix it if it's defective, LIE!!! Now they are telling me to bring the item back to the store to use warranty. That warranty covers if the item fails during use, not if it is defective right out of the store. When I called them after discovering the defective item, they did not even apologize. They just hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation! Do not trust their word, their appliances are just junk. Their languange and attitude will change the moment you step out of the door. AVOID AT ANY COST!
