Buyer be where . Stay away from BJs credit card . Total scam . There should be a class action law suit Against them . If anyone else has had any issues. With there CC please comment. Seriously do not Get there CC !!!!!! Fall's church Va store has some of the rudest staff . Tire center . Waiting patiently for counter person to Help me . I'm next in line . Lady walks in . And the Same ethnicity as the guy working behind the counter. I was next but some how she got my turn . WOW !!! Manager comes to the tire area . I asked him can you Help me I have been waiting for a while. He said yes . Give me a few minutes I will be right back . 45 minutes later I just left . At that time I was receiving from Cancer. He could easily tell I had a medical condition. Anther time I was shopping in the store. They had there signs mixed up . Sign said verify pack of chips $8.99 . When I cot to the register. Chips rang up $15.99 . So I Told the front End Manger . He looked at me & said . The chips are $15.99 . You can't buy chips for $8.99 . Loud nasty voice . I live in North Arlington. So I thought it would be nice to have a super store close to home . Wish it was Costco or Sam's . Been shopping with them for years . Never once had I had an issue. The worst . And seriously never get there Credit Card . Fake late fees . And a bunch of lies !!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1/4 Star !!!

The arrangement of the gas pumps and waiting area is terrible. Wish they planned that out better, but love the price of gas.

The layout is clear. Very clean. But the customer service at the register is rough. As a first customer I am utterly oblivious to how I should place items on the conveyer belt. The cashier is chatting with a coworker next to her station, okay no big deal, it's near closing. I put all small items on the belt and left the big and heavy items on the cart. Next thing I'm told by the cashier to put all my items in the cart (except for under) on the belt. I do so, and then while paying I ask why couldn't you scan the heavy items with the scanner gun. They then ignored my question and handed me my receipt. Dear BJ's, Please train your staff a little more.

Cashiers make all the difference! We had a really lousy one today. She was rude. She was indifferent. She was in a rush. Recently, BJ's sale. Flyers are hard to find! Some cashiers are happy to help. The one we had. Today was a real piece of work. Couldn't care less about our experience at BJ's and stuff like that sticks in your head when it comes time to renew your membership! Things you have to think about.

My biggest problem with this BJs, and I've been to a few, is that every time I go in, some young kids rush up to me and try to get me to switch cellphone providers. And I'm not exaggerating. And the last thing I want to have to deal with is a salesman when I'm just trying to shop for food, particularly when I'm paying a membership fee to shop there!Other than that, it's your typical BJs.

I get my gas here always because I have a BJs credit card that I get 10 cents off a gallon. And if I buy items in the store that are gas off items I get more off a gallon. I do wish the space where the gas station is located was bigger. Since there is one way in some people block the first six pumps and the next six either are available or only have one car at the pump. People don't pay attention. Ugh!

From what I can tell it's a great selection inside the store. Thankfully I'm able to make my purchases through the BJ's app and pick it up, either in the car park when I have the kids, or when I walk into the store without the kids. The store is laid out in a logical manner that thankfully doesn't change very much. Regardless, the online purchase and parking space drop off is the best part about this BJ's.

If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I ordered a refrigerator, microwave and oven. This purchase came with installation. My original purchase was made in July online. The original delivery date was in August and was rescheduled at least 5 times. When the appliances were finally "delivered" in early November (5 months after they were originally ordered). The folks who delivered it had no customer services skills whatsoever. He also said he was not capable of doing a basic installation so I told him to take the appliances back with him and that I would initiate a return. I did so immediately. I never even saw the appliances because they were never unloaded. When I initiated the return via a phone call I was told it would happen immediately and here we are, Dec 5, 2022 and have not seen my refund. I have made several phone calls and I'm always told the same thing. They are working on it and some department has to do their part. Also, I've been told that several people have not done their job to facilitate this refund. I'm currently on my 5th phone call and was told that they don't even know where the merchandise is and they have to do more research and it's going to take longer. It's not rocket science really. So I don't get what the problem is. Every time I've called I've been told its being taken care of and nothing happens. Then I call back and I'm told nothing has been done. When I called last time I spoke to Alexa and that reference number is 6386481. She was incredibly rude and basically told me there is nothing else she can do. She told me she didn't have a supervisor at first, then she told me she's the supervisor and that there isn't anything anyone else can do. This has been such a demoralizing experience that I'm making sure we switch membership to your competitor and making sure I pass on my experience to EVERYONE I know so they can follow suit. I will never set foot in an another BJ's. So I guess I will have to keep dealing with incompetence until I get my refund. This has been going on for 6 months. There is no way it should be this difficult. VERY DISAPPOINTING! By the way my credit card company is asking me for payment on something that I don't have do to everyone's incompetency. It's also about $3000 that I'm out

If I could go lower than 1 I would! Where should I start? These wholesale clubs have gotten so bad it is impossible to to think you are getting a deal with them! Customer service is nonexistent, I have ordered things through them that never arrive? And that is just the beginning of the story! It's not that they don't arrive, BJ's will not call you to tell you anything about the situation of the order. So you wait and call and they say,"oh we will get right on this and get to the bottom of this and call you back" and a month goes by? You call back and nothing happens and then it's well we are going to have to cancel the order! Really? Did you ever have any of these things to begin with? No, I am sorry for any inconvenience, or hey can we give you 10% off on another brand that we have in stock? Nothing! What a class outfit!
