Wilson and Mike are awesome they were running behind and short staffed and it was my mom’s 60th birthday and he made sure no matter what I got out in time. Both great guys. Both deserve a raise ! Tires were great.

I ordered my tires and made an appointment a week in advance and even though I was 10 minutes late. Wilson met me at my car and had my new tires on in 32 minutes!! This is a magical place!!

Hey Tire Guys- if the hubcap was missing from the car when you pulled it into the bay, why are you refusing to show me photographic evidence that you claim exists?Store management *never* responded to my requests for assistance. If you buy tires here, be sure to factor in the replacement costs for lost and stolen property.

I've gotten tires here 3 times. They are always a fair price. This time the service was fast, smooth and painless. Such a relief as I dread doing any work on my vehicle.

The customer service is absolutely terrible I purchased a set of tires online and set up an appointment to swap the tires. I called 1 hour before the appointment time to confirmed, they told me the tires are there just show up and they'll swapped them. also I asked if that's ok if I send my son to do that since I didn't have time, they said: that's fine. but when my son get there they started asking to many question and they refused to to do the job. I talked to the manager name Ernesto and he was very rude. another person name Frank was very rude too. I don't understand why they working on BJs tire center when they don't like their job. Customer doesn't have to put up with that attitude. I understand they have their policies and they need to check many paper work before they do the job but they should told me that when I call before to bring tha car. If they called and apologies for their weird and bad behave I will change the review if not, i will keep it. not sure why BJs hired these kind of people to represent the corporate.

Name - Kirk Member # - XXX-X-XXX-XX 9/27/21 - 1st order (#XXXXXX) 4 tires. My order was canceled - I don't know why. 10/01/21 - 2nd order (order # 152724018) (4) four new tires, scheduled appointment for 10/3 @ 11 AM 10/1 - 10:45 - 9 AM appointment was just being seen. Walked home. 10/1 @ 4 PM - no call from BJ's. I got a ride to BJ's and was told that they did not put on the tires because they were winter tires. I asked, why didn't anyone call me? I was told that someone tried (I have no voice mails from BJ's that day) and the car is riding on a space-saver tire. 10/4 - I called and asked to speak with the manager (Al - I don't know his last name). Al stated that the tires that I purchased ($xxx. xx) are not good for this area (I really just need some tires) so, he suggested a different set BUT tried to up-sell the price. It took a while, but he found 4 tires. Al stated that he had to order them, and it will take a few days. He said they order tires from Simply Tires?? He scheduled me for Wednesday 10/6. 10/6 called around noon and was told that Al was in the back, and I can call back later. I asked the rep to tell him I called. 10/6 1:55 PM - I called and Al answered but didn't remember who I was or what I was calling about. After reminding him, Al stated that he just got to work, and he needed to check if the tires were there (REALLY!! I was told that you were in the back hours ago - LIE). He couldn't remember what size tires I asked for, so I gave him the order number. After several uncomfortable minutes, Al stated that he would need to call me back. Well... Here it is the next day (10/7) and no follow-up phone call. I've paid for the tires ($517.08), been to your shop a few times, and spoke with BJ's manager several times BUT... still, no tires, no appointment and you still have my money! 10/7/2021 Received a call from BJ's tire department regurgitating the winter tire story again then said he needed to order the tires (AGAIN!) and would call me when the tires arrived too their Woodbridge location. AND I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY! - WHY? Sincerely, Still riding on a SPACE-SAVER TIRE. 10/11/2021 I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE AND THEY HAVE MY MONEY!!

If you don't have anything to do the day you go for service then you may not have an issue. The only credit is to the installer Brian, hes good and actually is thorough. Drove from my driveway to the store, about 20 minutes still on hold. It was empty with no vehicles in any bay!

Scheduled an 11am appointment, waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby before someone showed up to take my keys and paperwork. Was told the car would be ready in "1 to 2 hours."Shopped until 1:15pm, came out and car was still where I had parked it: no new tires. Waited 20 minutes in an empty lobby, no one would answer the bell, phone calls, knocks on the garage door. Returned to the store and got the manager to come with me back to the tire store where she was able to go in the garage and get the tire store manager to come out. Once she left, the manager said he was unable to give us a refund or return our paperwork showing how much we had paid because it was their policy to THROW AWAY THE PAPERWORK as soon as the customer signed it to authorize the work. (Presumably it was also their policy to throw it away somewhere other than the office trash can because he said it wasn't in there). He told us we had to return to the store for the refund. We returned to the store where the first thing they asked for was...our paperwork. Fortunately, the manager who had walked down to the tire store with me was able to approve the refund without any paperwork.Lots of other places sell tires. I recommend you check them out :)

The service SUCKS here. I spent 30 minutes on hold and bouncing back and forth between customer service reps trying to connect to the tire department and finally after 30 mins they took down my name and number to call me back (I'll bet money that they won't). The lady at first told me that there were 3 people ahead of me on hold, but that's fine, I'll stay on hold because I need to know if my tire came in or not so I don't waste a drive out to the tire center for nothing. Obviously that was a lie, since 10 minutes later, she ends with taking down my name and number to give me a call back. If I hadn't already bought my tires from BJs and wasn't getting a discount to fix a completely busted and flat tire, I would have gone to Costco or another place. This place has HORRIBLE service, bad time management, and no reason for me to ever come back after this. I rather pay someone to rotate my tires in the future than bring them back here for the free rotation.

Went to the tire center. Only two people working, but they handle their business like true professionals. Changing tires, answering phone calls, questions, etc. Ordered four tires only three came in, but Thomas handled it very well.

I did my homework to purchase four new tires for my Chevy Suburban. These are big tires that need to be mounted by a machine that my local garage could not accommodate. I searched online at several Manassas/Woodbridge service centers. The cost for tires, mounting and balance varied widely. My husband and a colleague suggested BJ's which was where I ultimately made my purchase. After becoming frustrated with the BJ's app (awful!) I went into the center and purchase 4 BFGoodrich tires at the Woodbridge center. Much to my surprise, the cost was significantly lower than if I had bought just the tires online without mounting. I was astonished to learn the $110 mounting fee was FREE with the purchase of these tires. The tires arrived prior to my appointment. The tire center was ready for me when I arrived and were very courteous and professional. They mounted the tires while I shopped and were finished in less than an hour. When the service person contacted me, I was not quite finished shopping so they said, "No problem!" and drove my vehicle around to the front entrance, parked it and kindly brought me in my key and receipt! I have not experienced this level of efficiency and customer service in years! I was so amazed that I regret at least not offering that young man who brought me my keys a tip. He deserved it. They all do over there. This was a seamless, smooth transaction and I highly recommend purchasing your next tires here. Even if you are not a member, this tire center is worth joining just for this level of service!

I had an appointment at noon on a Thursday. When I arrived the employee told me their computer system was down but they failed to tell me how this would affect the installation. I left my keys with them and went shopping in the store with my infant son. I came back to the tire center 2 hours later wondering why I hadn't gotten a call yet that it was done. I learned that they hadn't even bothered to look up the tires I purchased, which only took 1 phone call to find out. They only called after I complained loudly about the situation because it was quite hot in the tire center and I had my infant and groceries with me. They hadn't even flinched at the thought of my infant in the heat - they only called because of my groceries. There was another customer who was scheduled an hour behind me and his car was taken before mine. After over an hour of waiting in the hot tire center the manager arrived. I only got an apology for the inconvenience and my no longer frozen groceries replaced. The other customer didn't even get an apology. I never received an answer as to why they never called before to find out which tires were mine despite me asking at least 3 separate times why they didn't call to figure out which tires were mine. According to the employee that was the only thing they were missing to work on my car. We knew what kind of tires they were but they would not bring them out until they had their own system's order number confirm which tires were mine. Over 3 hours past my appointment time they finally started working on my car. I finally left to go home with a very hungry infant since I did not plan to be gone from home for 4 hours. I will never use this tire Center again.
