The buying experience was great and the staff was all very friendly. Almost everyone asked if I needed help and my salesperson was very patient, even after I tried on three sizes and probably ten different styles of boots. The stores are pretty much in the middle of nowhere, aka not very accessible through public transit, but if you have a car that shouldn’t be a problem.

Chris was super helpful and friendly. They have plenty of stylish western wear in stock and it was an all around great store. I recommend this location! They also had someone doing hat shaping if that is something you are looking for!

Vame in for FR clothing and left with a few items. Krystle helped with the purchase. I would recommend the store for FR needs.

This was my first time at Boot Barn and I wasn’t sure how to find the right fit…. Krystle was an absolute sweetheart. She checked on me multiple times. I loved her boots and she was able to find ones similar. I needed the calves stretched a bit which she had ready for me the next day. Krystle even recognized me as soon as I walked in. Amazing service! Amazing store!

Very happy we have a real western wear store in Woodbridge. Good selection of hats, boots, jeans etc. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My third occasion visiting a Boot Barn — and this one was just as deee-lightful! ?Needed a summer straw hat (gave my last one to a young boy who liked it)… why would I look anywhere else? For this here store always has a great selection of fine Cowboy Attire. Always sure to please everyone in your family, also! #GodFamilyCountry❤️Met a nice local college man, “Nick”, himself with good values looking to go into law enforcement. Studying now, putting himself through the gauntlet to make himself better, he also speaks well of his mama & relatives — some of whom are law enforcement. #BackTheBlue ?♂️ {To note: Nick’s manager runs a very good store, and should be verily dang proud!}*Plenty of lot parking - cash/cards - best selection outside Tejas (Texas for us gringos!)* — See y’all there?! ✌️✌?✌???

A cowboy's dream! They have a huge selection, it will not disappoint!! A must stop! We drive an hour to this location, but it's hands down the best!

Great addition to the Woodbridge shopping district. Better quality merchandise and a large selection of boots and casual/work clothing for men and women. Will certainly visit again.

Customer Service.... There was none. Very 1st time in this store. No one greeted me even though there were 3 cashiers at the register! Atmosphere was VERY cold as I found my way to my size boots. I just left as there was no need to spend any cash here PLUS selections were blah or non-existent.Selection.... Didn't have but one pair of Tall White cowboy boots to choose from so not a big selection at all. And, in my opinion, a lot of the women's boots look like boots a child/teenager would wear -- nothing really sassy or sexy to me, even though the reason I came all the way out there was because of a recent picture of some Tall White sexy cowboy boots I really wanted to buy (or something similar). I mean, I was ready to drop some $$$ on some tall, sexy cowgirl boots!Waste of time at this location but I'm willing to go to a different location to see if they have some better choices and friendlier, more inviting and willing to help staff.I always shop in this area and have had no problem with anyone in any other stores except this one…. They are definitely bringing down the “friendliness” in the neighborhood.
