Nell was absolutely amazing! My friends and I came in not expecting to find much, but she greeted us and was super nice, alongside having excellent customer service and an incredible sense of humor! Definitely coming back soon!

I've always shopped at the Springfield location and this one is by far the WORST! Stopped by on 1/21/23 about 30 mins. til closing time. It's not busy at all, only me and 2-3 other people browsing the store.I go to the register with my items, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in line, and cashier JENNA (Employee#149369) is staring at her phone. I'm just standing there with items in my hand and no greeting at all. About 20 secs later, she doesn't even look up but probably notices me standing there and says, "Ready to check out?!" all while still staring at her phone. Completely acts as if the customer is bothering her while she's working. Customer service here is severely lacking. This employee needs to be trained further. I reported to the BoxLunch corporate office. District manager hasn't call back in over two weeks. Oh well, least I'm the first reviewer here and it's negative.Do yourself a favor and shop at the Springfield location, their customer service is much better.

Been in here several times. Employees never say a word to you unless you go to checkout. Everything is overpriced and there's never any sales going on. I did an online pickup order because the item was cheaper that way, and an employee canceled it even though they had plenty in stock because they were lazy. I had to go in and ask why my order was canceled. They gave me the online price for the inconvenience, but that's the only positive.

Pops had broken boxes and the refused to discount, opened more than 2 hours late on the day I went to shop. Horrible!
