About few days ago I asked my brother to take one of my vehicles to get a VA Safety inspection done. The inspector failed my car and didn’t even give my brother the time of day to go over the failed items on the vehicle itself, he simply gave him the rejection certificate and taped the rejection sticker on the windshield. The rear brakes, I had them measured over the weekend they were at 4/32. The windshield wipers were failed because they were “ streaking “ not even torn just streaky. Failed ALL FOUR engine mounts even though only one of them shows signs of being worn out but not severely, which is the front one. I can understand the concept of a recommendation to replace all 4 due to age and obviously if one is worn out than the others become weak but to FAIL all FOUR ? I had my vehicle looked over by a mechanic over the weekend and we couldn’t figure this long list of failed items . I took the car by today to see if I can get the inspector to show me why he failed these items and explained to the man at the bay doors at the computer that my wipers were not torn, my rear brakes were no less than 4/32 and he advised me to call the state trooper, that was his response. I told him no, I want the state inspector to go over these failed items with me and the guy told me they don’t have time and it doesn’t work like that for me to just show up . So yes, I did call the state trooper and yes I’m waiting on a call back! Don’t go here if you want to get tricked into replacing something your car doesn’t need!

Completed an inspection the other day and Mr. T did a great job knocking it out while answering my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this shop and the inspector.

Never made reviews but had to because this placed screwed me over. Went for an oil change and later found out they didn’t use the original cap which was causing me a leak. ?

My wife took her Lexus CT here for the Virginia State Police inspection and they failed it saying that the back tires were bald. All four tires on the Lexus are brand new. It's really sad that they're trying to scam like this. I am filing a criminal fraud complaint to both the local police and the state police. Make sure you have your receipts.... Because I do. Tabbasum enjoy job while you have it.

I have been visiting this workshop for the last 15 years. I have been trusting them with my 6 vehicles for their maintenance, serviceability and reliability. I am very happy and satisfied with their services. If I had an option to rate them above 5 stars, I would certainly do that. But for sure I have educated myself to learn to be patient and communicate properly with them. In that I found that integrity and honesty in their work ethics is their bench mark and is unmatchable to any other auto repair shop in the DMV area.
While getting my cars serviced here; to wait for hours and not getting inspections cleared is a usual routine. The owner is a very straight forward and honest person who doesn’t have time to play around with the customers to make extra money. I value time and we all should pay respect to other’s time.
Last of all I totally trust their auto repair services for reliability. I hope folks who understand maintenance reliability issues would agree that this is one of the most important factors which save you time, money and one’s life from uncalled for accidents, due to our minor maintenance neglect and delays to get our cars fixed through preventive maintenance.

ATTENTION!!! Do not TaKe your car here! Took s car in for an basic oil change this morning Friday the13th and left with them charging 125$ for a basic oil change!!!! Asked for a basic oil change that’s supposed to be 70$ and got told upon picking up the car there’s a 55$ dollar fee for checking up if everything is okay with the car! They made me pay for a check up I did not ask for! Literally forced me to pay for a check upThey did nothing for the car! It’s a TOTAL SCAM they do so I highly recommend to STAY FAR AWAY from this place if you don’t want to be scammed and overcharged for things you didn’t ask for! They didn’t even provide any receipts of what was been done to the car! I paid cash so way to go not writing up the taxes on a service you didn’t even do! Better believe it I will report this place for their absolute absurd behavior! Also not to mention when calling back to the place and demanding for answers the person that had worked on the car was yelling on the phone and saying I don’t have time for this hang up the phone twice at me! So unprofessional! I would highly recommend to avoid going to this place for any car services unless you wanna be scammed and forced to be paying for something you didn’t ask for!!!!

Avoid this inspection station at any cost i took two cars for inspection one of the car failed for marker lights not working and they tried to charge me $70 for 5 minutes work. For my other car try to do the same thing , they are overpriced and rude
