Ineptitude from employees is only eclipsed by the rudeness and their unwillingness is o help. I drove out of my way for a specific part for my wife's car and then had to argue that the part they were attempting to give me was incorrect. They argued with me, eventually I gave up and accepted the advice of the "expert" behind the counter and once I got home of course the part didn't work. 2 hours out of my day gone. Spend your time and money at a different place where customer service important.

Came here for a simple battery swap and I was there nearly 2 hours. The main manager today, a lovely woman, was trying to hold the whole place together.Unfortunately, the people working under her were inexperienced, untrained, and some rude.I ended up just canceling the whole thing, as one of the employees accidentally dropped a part that held the battery in place into my car engine compartment, and could not get it back out or secure the battery. in fact, he couldn’t even tighten down the terminals on the battery to keep them in place. I understand he was young and inexperienced, and I tried to help him as much as I could, but there was clearly a lack of training.I’m just upset that I wasted so much of my Saturday there getting nothing accomplished.And to top it off. An older guy working there with a bald head tried to tell me that it was my fault for wanting to get the battery installed by them. buddy, my car wouldn’t start and you literally advertise a free battery installation with purchase on your front window.

I have done my own research on the part I need. Even when I give them the part number, they order something completely different. Frustrating after I spend 25 mins on hold 2 separate times. If you don't sound Hispanic don't even bother. They literally only help Hispanics

Leo gave horrible customer service, I bought something from the carquest In Springfield, and I was asking some questions but he told me I didn’t buy from his store and he wouldn’t help me at all, wouldn’t recommend him

The staff are very attentive to detail when it comes to ordering the right part for your car. They are informative and try to get great parts for a good price. Does get busy at Carquest but the attentive to detail on ordering the right part is great.

Wednesday may 11 , I called Car quest to verify that my pats came in , and the gentleman that was on shift kept putting me on hold on every occasion, never help me never got back to the line . I only needed to know if my parts have arrived.. very bad customer service. Thus probably the last time me buying anything from car quest ………

I adventure to Car-quest after stopping by Advance Auto purchased the car part that I though I needed. Today I open the box and inside was the wrong part! Really frustrating as this place is not near my house. Please check your inventory to make sure is organized.
