I love going to Chicos at Potomac Mills, VA. The staff is always so nice, and Diane is terrific. She tells me when something doesn't quite fit right and always finds me something that DOES fit right. I always end up buying something! I think Diane deserves a raise! Merrie Howard

I love how they renovated the store with a more easy to see glass displays. It's nice to have charms placed by price too, less bugging store staff about pricing. The staff were very patient, accomodating and they try to give you personalized service!

Well-styled clothes for the "bold" woman, or those who just want something to wear that doesn't look like everything else we already own. Staff is helpful and knows their products. I'd give the store a 5 if they had room for more petites. Chico's as a brand is finally offering more petite options. Even if I have to order online, nothing beats seeing the garments and feeling the fabrics.
