Great service as always. The parts dept is also great. There are other dealers closer to me, but I value customer service and gladly drive the extra 15 or 20 mins to deal with Coleman.

I showed up a little late, super hungover…. I promised donuts but failed to deliver due to said hangover. They had the bike waiting for me but the carb was dirty and it was going to take another hour. Did not help the hangover but at least they didn’t send me out with a dirty carb. They Anthony walks in with lunch for everyone except me!! He said “You were supposed to bring donuts!” Fair enough. I went to Chick-Fil-A while carb was getting loved.
Bottom line is, these guys had a competitive price and did the right thing. I’ll go back but will lay off the booze until after next time.

Deal all set for November 3rd placed a deposit that they required at the manassas store, they called 2 days before to cancel deal because of a problem they allegedly discovered. I had already rented a trailer to take my trade in to their store. Would not recommend this dealer!

I've been going to Coleman for almost two decades. When Nate was there, circa 2016, it was a great place. Once Nate left, they started hiring some horrible people (Olivia, among others) who made you feel like you were really pissing them off by being a customer. Last weekend I went back for a safety inspection. While there, I asked JB about a beautiful red RTS. He very kindly and professionally gave me all the information about it, but applied no pressure to buy. Meanwhile, the two gentlemen in the service area were chatting with me while I was waiting for my inspection. They were SO NICE!! They treated me with complete respect, made me feel like a valued customer, and made me feel like a friend. Needless to say, I purchased the new RTS. JB made it fun and easy and worked with me on the price. Jonathan worked my paperwork and was amazing. At one point I was confused about something. Although he explained it to me twice, it wasn't clicking in my head. He very patiently came up with another way to explain it, without making me feel like a complete idiot. We wound up having a wonderful conversation that took us past closing. I was never rushed and they gave me all the time I needed to ensure I was comfortable with my new purchase. I cannot recommend them enough. If you stopped going because the staff became so horrible, give them another chance. They have completely turned themselves around. I'm back to being a loyal customer.

Coleman's service department is a step above the rest. Rick and Joe were amazing and got my exhaust installed in no time. Even had time to put it on the Dyno so we could see the performance increase. In over 30 years in the industry I would recommend these guys any day.
